Sympathetic accommodation with good access to public transport. The room is clean, the furnishings are older. Breakfast is room-service, appropriate for the price, but a little monotonous. Thin walls do nothing to hide the noise from the surrounding rooms and the corridor. The room was not facing quite a busy road, so the noise from the street did not disturb us. The staff seems pleasant.

Sympathetic accommodation with breakfest

I booked the Pankrac hotel through one of the popular booking system. Unfortunately the hotel acted very unethically - lied to the booking system that my credit card doesn't work (absolutely not true) and canceled the booking in the last moment to increase price in a booking web page. So be ready - it acts very unfairly!

It’s not a 3 stars hotel. The room was small but ok. The toilet was dirty and also the bathroom, it looks like it was never cleaned. The carpet was aweful, full of dirt. It was very hard to open the window inthe room and everything was heard from the rooms. The staff did not understand a word even if the spoke czech (they were foriners). We had an accident with the tire as at the parking place near the restaurant there is a barrier that was not moved good and it’s almost impossible to see it if there are leaves. We asked the hotel for a compensation as we need to find a mechanic for the change of tires, an the “owner” offered us only 20% discount (which was better for him as he did not pay 10% rate to Booking). The only positive thing for this hotel is that there is a metro station and a tram station near, anche that is is closed to the theater (Na Jezerce), nothing else.

not value for the money, and not a 3 stars hotel

When I arrived at hotel  Pankrac, I thought it would just be a quick peak. Anyway, I was offered a week stay for 4200,-Kč. After all I accepted and stayed. First days were perfect, good price, great locartion, for the price quite nice rooms. Breakfast they present on the web looks great but reality is different yet I must say that they always offered me some eggs or hamandeggs. Also bathroom needs to be cleaned before you use it, some foreign hair was there, but for the price 600,-Kč per night breakfast included, I can live with it….. The third day I adopted a cat. Beautiful black kitten. Unfortunatelly I was controlled by the police that day - cause my frontshield was ccracked and had to stay at the station the whole night (long story), so the cat was taken to the hotel by the police….. I was held responsible that the cat was there alone, that I am not taking care of her…., the little Lenny had some flu and was sick and the whole room smelled a bit. It was really terrible. I understand, that the hotel asked me to finish the stay, yet I asked them not to stress me and let me the whole afterrnoon to move my stuff. Then they told me I could stay withpout the cat? Or I had to go right away....."!
After I payd for the whole week in advance, I thought that it would be nice or at least polite to give me some space. Oh, I forgot, I owed them 
300,-Kč for some drinks cause my bank was closed….. after all the receptionist called the police on recommendation and command of her boss??!!! So I am teling you, these 3 ladies do not know what they are doing and I would avoid this place as I could. Also I think they were phishing my komputer via wifi. It is a neat spot, it could be great, but after all the clearing lady was cheaky, the receptionist tried to command me from the first day, the boss was arrogant and the night receptzionist, one was nice, the other one was one day ok and the next day he would let me stand outside the hotel for almost 5 minutes. I do not know what to think about this place.  And now I know why they call the police, because once they throw a guest out that has a reservation, they have to prove that there was a real problém, otherwise booking would penalize them or something..... So yOUR GREATEST PENALTY WILL BE NOW BAD BUSINESS!! I do not wish noone anything bad, but what they made me go trough was really bad!!!

mentre i secondi 2 i letti non sono stati rifatti e un giorno non sono nemmeno stati sostituiti gli asciugamani sporchi.
Colazione a buffet non molto varia ma tutto sommato sufficiente.
Camere trovate pulite ma non sono state pulite durante il nostro soggiorno.

but the other 2 the beds has not been made up and even the dirty towels have not been replaced once.
Buffet breakfast with not so wide choice but sufficient after all.
The room was clean at arrival but it's not been cleaned during our stay.

Bene i primi 2 giorni... Fine for the first 2 days...

We were very pleased with this hotel. The design was nice and the staff was really helpful. The breakfast was really tasty. There aren't many that good hotels for that price in Prague. The only problem was the yellow water! It was of this colour for a short while but then it went back to normal. Decent hotel, I would definitely go back :) Cheap and cozy.

Good value

Great place for family stay, close to the underground stations (5 mins walk) from where you need 5-10 mins ride to the city center. Nice breakfasts and wifi included in room price. Clean rooms and very nice and helpful staff.

Great value for money

I am just back from a visit from the Pankrac Hotel. The hotel was perfect. It was quite basic buy as we were out most of the day and night it was perfect for what we needed. It was clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful with any query we had and the hotel is extremely accessible as there is a tram line right outside and the metro 5 mins walk away. It was an easy commute in to the old time square and all the main tourist attractions. I would recommend this place to stay if you are looking for something basic to spend a few days in beautiful prague. I would go back to this hotel again.
