Perfect position right next to Charles Bridge and 10mins from castle. Lovely large rooms with decorative ceilings. Enjoyed the stay.
The best value for money! Large beautiful room. We traveled with a baby and they organized a large room with a bathtab and a cot and also a child chair for breakfast. Breakfast was great. The staff helped us to reserve restaurants for dinner and with everything we asked for.
Nothing. The only thing i want to mention is that one day the elevator broke down, it is the only elevator in the hotel, and they did everything they could to fix it. Until it was fixed they wrote a note to every room, explained the situation and offered help with everythibg possible. We had a bit of a problem because of the stroller and the baby and they let us stay after checkout in the room before our flight to help us with the baby. I think they handeled the surprise problem perfectly and it means a lot!
