This apartment is ideally located and within walking distance to everything. We never needed to take public transport anywhere although we did try the tram :)

We were picked up from the airport and dropped back again at the end of the stay by Tomas. €25 each way for the four of us with cases - they had a minibus so it was a comfortable ride and we paid at the apartment for both trips.

The apartment itself was very spacious and clean and there is lift to all the floors so getting up to the apartment with cases wasn't any problem. We had 3 bedrooms with two toilets but one shower / bath. Unfortunately the shower head didn't stay up which we reported when we got there. Apparently maintenance were going to fix it but it seems they got lost as it never happened. At least we could either have a hand held shower or a bath. It's only because of this it wasn't rated 5/5.

As well as the bedrooms and bathrooms, there was a lounge / dining room and kitchen and a spacious hall. 

The kitchen was well equipped and there were teabags / coffee to use. There was mini-supermarket just at the end of the road that stocked fresh bakery items each morning, alcohol and anything else you would expect from a supermarket. Plenty of cafes around within a short stroll too. 

The washer worked well  - didn't need the dryer as we put the clothes on the airer and the towel heaters.

All in all, a very good stay and would recommend it.

Location is perfect!

165 square meters!!!!!! Two levels!!!!!! Secret chamber for my son!!!!! I think I can end my response here. Location is the best! Better than you can imagine. Why four stars???? Bad internet and not so good cleaning. But it’s nothing, the place is very very good, excellent. Prague is fantastic and when I’ll go again I’ll stay here. Very nice people are at the reception desk. I didn’t order breakfast but they have one and it’s very nice. I was with my son and parents and all of us were very satisfied. My warmest regards to the owner and all of the working managers.

Best choice fo a family 

We stayed in 3 bedrooms apartment. Its location is perfect just 5 min away from charles bridge. Staff was nice. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Just the chairs in living room are not that comfortable.

Perfect location

We stayed in the Four Bedroom Grand Apartment no. 10 through Prague-Stay.

There are a few items that need to be reviewed.

Communication with Prague-Stay.com- we booked a different apartment(with AC) through this company a little more than four months in advance.  About two weeks prior to our trip I received an email from one of the managers that the apartment was unavailable and they were offering us a bigger apartment in a more desirable location for the same price.  According to the manager the apartment that we were going to rent, unexpectedly canceled their contract and was no longer available.  The manager did inform us that this property did not have AC but they would supply fans.  We decided to accept this apartment.  After the initial conversation agreeing to accept the change, the manager did not respond to my follow up email.  I called the front desk and they confirmed the change.  

Location - the location is excellent.  There are several tram/bus stops nearby.  A convenience store is on the corner and a short walk to Old Town, Charles Bridge, and Prague Castle.

Amenities- while there is a lift for the apartment it is not step free- you will still need to walk about 1/2 flight of steps to get to the apartment.  This was not a problem for us but could be for some older people or people with mobility issues.  The property had sufficient amenities so that you could comfortably cook.  There was also a washer and dryer.

Comfort- the apartment is 2 levels.  The two bedrooms on the first floor have windows that open.  There are NO opening windows on the second level and therefore it gets hot and stuffy up there.  Unfortunately for us we had two very hot days 98F/36.6C when we stayed here.  It was HOT.  The first floor bedrooms were very warm even with a fan in the window and one fan blowing directly on me.  The second floor bedrooms were impossible to sleep in.

All in all I give this property 4 out 5.  The biggest drawback is the second floor with windows that do not open.  If you plan on staying here on any months where there is a possibility of days over 80F/26.6C I would highly recommend looking elsewhere.  If you plan on staying here any other months I recommend this property.

Great location- good property

I booked the four bedroom Grand Apartment and was not disappointed The apartment is much better in person than the photos depict. I requested an airport pick up and the driver Tomas was waiting for us and took us quickly to the apartment. He also returned us to the airport when we left.Simon was at reception and checking in was quick and easy. Another friendly girl helped print out tickets for the Prague Castle which was a big help. The apartment was spacious and very clean with the perfect location for exploring Prague.I would stay here again easily as I think it is a great value as well as a very nice apartment

I Liked It

We stayed in Hotel Zatecka 14, with views of the Jewish Cemetary and very close to a supermarket and very good cafes for breakfast and restaurants for dinner.  Spacious and airy Two bedroom Apartment, good heating, large windows, Lounge/Kitchen/Dinner, large entrance hall and Bathroom with Shower over bath and separate WC.  Lift available but stairs from Lift to door.  Friendly staff, very clean and tidy.  Would stay here again.  Washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave.

Great stay in Prague

Very descent property making you feel like home. Nice rooms,drawing room,dining table,big kitchen,washing,drying and dishwasher included . And of course wifi.family stay. Simon,Veronica and mark were very helpful in all questions we had.

Best place to stay in Prague,best location

We booked 4 bedroom appartment and they allotted appartment no 10. 
First of all it had three bedroom and one bed was placed in open corrider at first floor. With no gates. 

 second bedroom at first floor is very small and no windows and no air conditions. Very suffocating. And one close glass on ceiling , the window blinds not working. Due to this you get direct sunlight at 4.30 in morning and u cannot sleep longer. 

Two bedroom on first floor are quite spacious. 

We complained number of times to reception from day one but staff had only answer NO TECHNICAL STAFF

Even there was no housekeeping  staff to explain for working of dishwasher or even to help us to locate the washing machine. 

Lift is not working many times once we came at mid night from tour and lift not working. We have to climb 5 floor. 

Even for any assistance for taxi or tourist information the staff has one answer PLEASE DO GOOGLE

The location is good just opposite to Jewish cemetary. And 5 min walking from Charles bridge and old town square. 



Suffocated and worst maintenance and unsupportive staff

We had a nice stay in our 3 bedroom apartment. Walking distance to all attractions and shopping areas. Some problems with the heater made the apartment both hot and noisy but the very helpful staff moved us to another apartment where everything was okay. 

Good location

We stayed here for four nights and were in Apartment 8.  Our group were three couples in our 50s, 60s and 70s.  Airport transfers were efficient and worth doing.  We were on 4th floor up 8 long flights of stairs (think we counted 106).  Although there is an elevator, more often than not it was out of service, and on two occasions some of us were actually stuck in it, and despite pressing the alarm button no member of staff came to our assistance. Luckily we managed to prise open the door and get out.  Anyone with mobility issues would really struggle to manage the stairs. The faulty lift has been mentioned in previous reviews so should be addressed as a matter of urgency. A young family with suitcases and a toddler in a buggy arrived when we were there so I imagine this was a major issue for them too.  

We were told on more than one occasion that we could leave our suitcases in the reception area after checking out on the Sunday as we had an evening flight. However, when we went to give our keys in, the girl told us that reception would be closing at 12 noon and we would have to take our luggage to a sister hotel which was a ten minute walk away! We were given a map to find it so had to trek across with all our bags! We checked that the taxi taking us to the airport would be informed about picking us up from the second hotel and were assured this would happen. It didn’t and went to the original one!

Despite these problems, the apartment itself was beautiful. Three large bedrooms (although one did not have any wardrobes) and a generous kitchen/dining area.  There were two bathrooms, but only one had shower/bath facilities which was a bit of a pain for 6 adults! Well located and spotlessly clean. I would stay here again, but would urge the proprietor to sort out the problems with the lift.
