After the reservation I received an email from the hotel that I was being booked in the room for smoking with a penalty of 500 €. First class welcome.:-) The hotel is very far from the center with a bad PPNV connection. I paid for a double room and the lady gave me a room with a pillow and sheets. However, I was quickly transferred to another customer. The condition of the room is catastrophic!! Everything is destroyed with mushrooms and the bathtub is indescribable. People who wrote comments about the cleanliness and the great staff were probably in another hotel because the lady at breakfast just asked me what kind of eggshells she was hanging behind, and the manager of the hotel asked me to make a reservation.

It's a disaster!

It's quiet and homey. After the bustling city and the nightlife, I slept great there. Breakfast is great, you can always choose something for yourself. Tasteful and fragrant coffee. Thanks to the responsive staff for the job. It's in a quiet place with beautiful nature and fresh air.

For those who love silence

Summer invites people not only to discover city sights but also to enjoy the green parts. This small hotel is a very good point. You can use both the bus 120 or the train from the main railway station to Hlubocepy. One whole day we spent walking throughout the charming Prokop valley.

It's not very convenient if you use public transportation. You can get out/come by bus, at peak times - once every 15 minutes, at other times - once every half an hour. But it's late, until one hour at night. Or walk from the tram for 20 minutes to the hill. The store is next door, runs until 9. There are three bars, you can eat in them until 11.

It's not very good.

We stayed two nights in this hotel. Although it doesn't have an elevator, the rooms are spacious and well ventilated. The service was of the best quality, the main hostess, Claudia, was the nicest and kindest person we've ever met in the Czech Republic, speaks fluent English and still scratches well Spanish. Moreover, we got a good deal to make a late check-out. Perfect.

A warm welcome and a pleasant breakfast

First day no power sourge second day no hot water... so I'm very disappointed in the hotel Prokop. The pictures found on the booking are not true and need negative updates. I go into the room on the second floor without an elevator, I'm going to take a short shower and I'm already having the problem of my mole which is the same size as the shower plate. Now I'm a little annoying and I hate the plastic shower tent tent because I think all the bacteria that could get stuck there... I get strong and inside... the discharge was pathetic... I listened to the chips and went back to the toilet with amuchina in my hand.

bad room/ really bad

I really liked this hotel - it's in the private sector, only 3 floors, 1 only dining room and garage. delicious breakfasts - Swedish table, regular room cleaning. Valuable things are better left in the safe at the reception - don't be greedy and pay a little for the rent, otherwise you can lose more and you won't prove anything even knowing that it's a hotel employee. Shower rooms with toilet are fashionable - for such a living price is fine. The staff speaks Russian better than English - private family business. The owners live right here, the tourist rooms are about 20.

Very nice - very good hotel

It's a quiet family hotel, in a quiet place. There are restaurants nearby. It's easy to get from the hotel to the city, it's harder to get back.

It's a good hotel in a quiet place for people who don't have any special needs.

Nobody in the hotel speaks English, which made my stay a bit difficult.  Also a far from the city centre.  The wi fi wasn't great either in the room..... it's clean.... apart from that, wouldn't recommend
