On our little trip to Marianské lázně we were looking for some good restaurant to have lunch in. After a while we decided to order here. Few moments later a waiter approched us and asked us about drinks. We didnt want any so he left and started calling with someone. About 5 minutes later came another waiter asked us the same thing. The communication among the staff was really bad. We waited about 10 minutes and noone came so we decided to leave. Even though this is czech restaurant the staff definitely wasnt speaking czech very well :(( After 45 minutes when we already ate somewhere else and passed the restaurant once again the waiter was still calling. When i look at the reviews i see that we had made good choice when we left. Unprofessional.

really bad experience :((

Actually, it would have predicted Tripadvisor, but unfortunately, in a hurry, it gave in to the desire for pizza, and a meal with fish, tasteless, and worst of all, a bad night with stomach pains.

Falling into bed - poor sleep

The place is very central and the seats in the outdoor area were quite pleasant. The staff were friendly and the food (in case 2 different palace hams) was good and also very nicely prepared. The coffee was ok but not a highlight. The toilets were clean.

Good location, good service

Very friendly, quick service, speaks good German. It was very tasty, cheap, completely fine. You can sit in front of the street or in the courtyard. The noodles, the fasans, the palace ham and the golas were very tasty.

Very delicious bohemian food, big card with meat, fish, dessert, ice cream and cocktails.

After asking for table we were asked if we are going to eat otherwise we couldn't be seated there. Twice they approached us to ask for drinks order in few minutes. We asked the waiter to give us bit more time, when he sent his colleague, who very rudely insested on ordering the drinks. After asking for wine, we were told they heve no choices of wine (eventhough they had wine list). After this experience we cancelled the order and left. Very RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL staff. Do not recommend the restaurant at all!!!

The worst restaurant experience

We spontaneously decided to have a couple of cocktails in this restaurant. The waiter gave us the card without comment. When we tried to order, he became very uncomfortable and said only Fanta, cola, food as a sign that he was not making cocktails. Very unfriendly and unprofessional way! So we decided to go somewhere else - where the staff is at least nice!

We came by chance to have dinner. The Glinthwayne was already served a little warm, the vegetable grill (the memory of yesterday had already been ordered portions) for some reason decreased, I ordered a sibas with potatoes (the potatoes were yesterday), my waiter did not pay attention to my comment about yesterday's potatoes.

Deceived Hopes

We went to the restaurant on a Sunday, there were relatively few guests. The restaurant has a very large menu, like a lot of restaurants in Marienbad. Relatively many meat dishes, few vegetarian dishes. I had ordered a vegetable barbecue, was positively surprised, fresh vegetables, very tasty. The toilets were very clean.

It's not a bad restaurant, the waiters are nice, the girl was alone that day and ran like a crown. The food's not bad and not expensive.

It's a nice atmosphere.

It's a large, bright two-room with a terrace, the hostess is very hospitable, everything is clean and neat, a comfortable, large bed, sleeping well, relaxing.
