We are here with our family for 8 days already but and i would say that working personal is not responsible and never on time the person who does treatment is too rude and does not understand the language we came here to have rest and get well we spend a lot of money to have a good rest and so on but the problem is that we can not get anything like this and we never will come here again and never suggest to any one else worst hotel ever by our sadnes we are going to live in this hotel 2 weeks more in room number 204 this makes us too upset knowing that the service is awfull and live here 2 weeks more

Never suggest you this hotel

We spent one night in the hotel with last minute reservation. Late reception and very attentive reception of a very kind young man whom I want to thank and congratulate (in another hotel as there is no reception at the Elephant Hotel).The room was very spacious for 3 with a balcony, really very comfortable. Too bad there is no kettle. Breakfast is also served in another establishment, very pleasant staff, proper lunch but no fruit at all. On the other hand, one of the servers did not wear a mask (no more than the staff in the kitchen!), just like the customer entering and also a handful of employees from the GPS. We were going to reach the port of the mask, and did not have the masks, but we did not have the idea of a safe place to stay.

The hotel's entrance to the hotel is very small - only 18 rooms are available in the 6 rooms on three floors, so the key is at the Jessenious Hotel, which is located next door (about 70 metres). To the rooms there are no complaints - clean, towels are changed regularly, bed linen is available on the other side of the river Heat. On the first floor of the hotel building there is a confectionary cafe, where there is ice cream, coffee and tortillas. The entrance to the hotel is closed to enter the hotel. You need a key to enter the hotel. There are no receipts at the hotel, so the key is at the Jessenious Hotel, which is located next door (about 70 metres). To the rooms there are no complaints - clean, towels are changed regularly, the bed linen is changed regularly - although there are also three TV channels in Russian. There are also three TV channels in English. We have room 204 - there are three rooms in the room (about 200 beds) - so there is always two balconies on the hotel's premises.

Hotel Elefant for staying in the centre of Karlovy Vary

Everything was nice, comfortable rooms. The hotel is in the center. It's a step by step from the sources. The responsive staff, and Svetlana's doctor is very attentive and professional, you can ask any questions. She has ten points.

It's a good hotel.

I stayed at the hotel for 1 week. Everything was fine. The comfortable rooms, the towels changed quite often. But my room went out to the courtyard, which was a relief on fairly hot days, because there was a shady side, the sun came in a little bit only in the evening, while the room was light enough. The receptionist, the dining room and the ballet center are in another hotel, the Essenis, but it was very close, it did not bring any inconvenience. But my room was in the bad period, because after the procedure it would just come out on the street. The staff was very polite, always ready to come to help and solve the problem.

It's an excellent budget hotel.

The hotel was much better cleaned than Mozart's. The hotel had a nice cleanup, a nice carpet, a comfortable staircase, a very spacious room. They lived in a three-story room on the 4th floor (actually the 5th, the first 2 floors occupy the café). So they paid for the hotel in the mountains, a pleasant bonus, thanks to the hotel. The cleaning was much better, he liked it much better than Mozart.

This is the second time at the EA Hotel.

Excellent location near the theatre, you have many places to visit nearby. You could enjoy also nature that surrounds it , take some walks or so. My bed was very comfortable and I really slept very well. Price for the room was reasonable and we had also balcony.

Excellent location

A nice hotel, for a little money. A medium hotel, for a reception good people, if you are human and without trips. You can also say about honey staff, good people, you can make a deal. A nurse who makes a schedule is very funny. Eating is normal, you want to find out, a restaurant, for two 22 euros without alcohol is good, some managed to eat for one. Take a teacup, you will save a lot of money, expensive coffee, cappuccino 60 krons and not much of that money. In the evening after 6:30 there is nothing to do, but in the TV there are ports, take a hard disk with movies or a lot of respect. Everywhere you can buy a minimum of water and a bottle of fresh water, up to 1.5 litres of water.

It's a good hotel for a small fee.

The impression from the hotel is lower than average. The room has very old plumbing. The shower cabin was running. The cleaning of the room is mediocre. The floors in the room were dusted once in 12 days. The food is uniform. The quality is average. The lack of seasonal vegetables and fruits is surprising. And the most important thing is the treatment. The doctor arrives. Not every day. Therefore, the procedures are prescribed late, it takes two days. The average medical staff is low-qualified. The equipment is obsolete. The patient's logistics are very poorly organized!

Disappointment

The cake is very delicious, the café is really nice and you can sit there and have a good time, but 1.50 euros for a ball of ice cream?! That borders on a tourist trap for me.
