I spent three weeks in this hotel for medical treatment. I think the staff were very qualified, always helpful and polite. The treatments recommended have contributed greatly to my health. I would like to express my special thanks to Dr. Svetlana, Sister Ivana, Massager Misha and the water gymnastics of the Miroslava. The food was very varied and also abundant. Excellent treatment, qualified doctor, friendly staff, convenient procedure schedule. The restaurant has improved markedly. It's tasty. It's nice. It's clean. The Swedish table works.

The only advantage of the hotel is its location. Everything else is a complete disappointment! Let's start with the fact that right at the entrance to the hotel there is a strong smell of nicotine coming from the staff room. The fact that the hotel is overgrown and the furniture is old is nonsense, it generally corresponds to its price category. The most upsetting is the food! Every day is the same, dinner repeats lunch, for dessert only some washers, always the same. Yes, if something is finished, it takes a long enough time before the dish is refurbished - eat what's there.

Never again.

Medical services are at a decent level. Medical staff, hotel administration are attentive to the resting people. The food is varied, meets the stated requirements. The rooms have everything necessary for comfortable rest. I am a regular guest of this hotel (the couple have already rested 4 times).

I would like to point out my total dissatisfaction with the false announcements of this hotel. The reception has only been Czech, we speak French, German and English and it is impossible to understand each other. It is announced that there is a parking lot, absolutely no one, there is no one, you have to know that you have to walk with your luggage for at least 15 minutes to find a place. The cleanliness has not been done in our two rooms for 3 nights. We had to ask for a few dry dishes at the reception and a crazy time to understand each other... The elevator is running 2 times 5. And the reception is deplorable, a goodbye or a goodbye, never a smile.

Run away if you can.

The rooms and the breakfast were in need of adjustment. It was also not possible to get a parking space nearby. The location of the hotel is very central. Since we were six people in Karlsbad, we naturally wanted to have breakfast together. Although we had both put two tables and the chairs attached together and put them back in their original position after breakfast, the staff was very uncomfortable

Jessenius is, without a doubt, a hotel of contrasts. It is located on the central resort street of Karlovy Vary. The interior is not very attractive for people. But the hotel needs a reconstruction, a weak soundproofing. The windows at the entrance to the river are often noisy at night, and the city center is noisy at night, and the bathroom is also full of cheese and vegetables.

For the second year in a row, we come to the small hotel Elefant to receive treatment. The head of the entrance tourism department Lenka Kustova and the reception staff of Michaela, Miriam, Vendula and Zlatko, where meals and procedures are carried out. Last year, the hotel Elefant was renovated: a new, beautiful floor covering, new chandeliers in the hallway, plenty of light, and, as always, cleanliness and order.

Hello everyone👍.rested together.the hotel was 100% better than 3*.the room was cleaned every day.the big bathroom which I think is important.the hotel's convenient location.the view is just fancy from the balcony.the breakfast is standard good.the lunch dinners weren't lunch and dinner in the city.the procedures were selective too everything arranged the price and time of the procedures.
