We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was a perfect room for us and was centrally located. The staff was so friendly and multilingual, which was great for us. They recommended several places for us to try and they did not disappoint. I guess if you are vegetarian you can say “not enough options for breakfast” but I disagree. There was everything and I have celiac disease and managed just fine. I would recommend to friends and we will back to visit again soon!

Great location and super helpful staff

We visited during the pandemic, and were almost the only people in the hotel.  The service was VERY friendly and helpful.  The room was OK, although the bathroom shower has seen better days. The TV had no CNN or Netflix, but the WiFi service was extremely fast- a nice surprise.  The breakfast was OK, but not as rich and varied as what we had in other hotels.  The location was excellent, and the fact that they have their own parking was very helpful, given the difficulties of parking in the center of Cheb.  We shall retrun.

Excellent service, adequate room and breakfast

Socialist frame 1960s. But on a pedestrian street on one side and quiet parking on the other. Don't try breakfast, for a ridiculous price, the best caterer/pastries in the city is 30 meters away. Double curtains the thickness of a cigarette paper...no problem in the winter. Since I couldn't find the lock hole in the darkness of an unlit corridor, the 1.90 m receptionist came to show me that there was a height presence detector, which triggered a short lightening.

Nice but quiet hotel 5 minutes walk from the train station

It's easily accessible on foot from the train station, it's not far and straight. The city centre is also nearby. It's a classic hotel. It has nothing exceptional, but we're welcomed, it's clean and the bunk is comfortable. Breakfast at the nearby restaurant is fine.

Good clean hotel in the center of Eger ∙ Good breakfast ∙ Nice friendly staff ∙ Rooms with a dog   booked €8.00 ∙ In countries like the Czech Republic or even Slovakia it can be very problematic to travel with a dog or pet, it has cost us a lot of nerves and trouble ∙ But in this hotel it was possible 😉 ∙ Shade ∙

Good hotel in the center of Cheb/Eger. Nice to meet you again.

Nice hotel. Big parking lot available at the back side of the hotel. I came by motorbike and  could park it in the garage for free! Price / quality very good! I had a sinlge room, and unlike most hotels, they did charge a lower price compared to a double room. The breakfast has to be booked separately but it is really worthwile to take it! The bar is next door with a little terrace.

Nice hotel in the middle of the city, very close to the real old centre

The rooms are not huge but clean. I slept very well and was surprised by the good breakfast. It was no match for the 4-star hotel I had booked in Karlsbad. It is located in the pedestrian zone of Cheb and is quiet during the week at least. Parking is possible via the rear entrance.

This hotel is very good location and very reasonable price. My stay was very comfortable and satisfaction! If I have a chance, I will visit and stay this hotel again. Chex is very good old town. I want to visit again.

The hotel is located in the pedestrian zone of Eger. We lived in a recently renovated room on the third floor. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, the bed comfortable. No noise pollution during the night (as criticised by other travelers here). No bar or disco music was to be heard. It was even very quiet. The breakfast was correct, but the next time I would have breakfast elsewhere: the price is too high for Czech conditions.

We spent one night in Hotel Slavie in Cheb in January. It is really nice family hotel with great parking possibilities. THE ONLY PROBLEM was during paying for a stay: hotel takes 10x higher fee for using a credit card (then the law allows).
