A little gem in the heart of Nicosia. Location is excellent! Many popular destinations of eating and drinking with in minutes. Modern deco, very clean and safe. Shower is a little small but otherwise the room was great, bed was very comfy and in general it was good stay. Would highly recomend and return.

Very nice hosts and will do anything to accommodate you deserve more then 5 star it was one of the coolest ;) hotel i didn't thought that it would be that awesome. i was literally sleeping peacefully in this hotel xd

was on point

The Manolia Residences comprise a single floor of an apartment building on Stasicratous Street, one of the nicest shopping streets in Nicosia. The floor includes hotel rooms and, apparently, the offices of the hotel owners. 

Everything is clean and modern. The rooms are a little bit small, but comparable and even favourable to other rooms in the same approximate category. 

I could not discern any facilities (gym, business centre) and there is definitely no room service, restaurant or breakfast. It’s rooms-only, and that’s fine given the hotel location. 

This is a good choice for business travelers or solo travelers that want to stay in the relatively nicer part of the central business district. Ledras Street and Eleftherias Square are very close in terms of walking distance, and this area is a lot quieter, in general. 

The only problem was that there is a very popular bar/restaurant across the street, and there were people singing and shouting outside at 02:00 in the morning. This is somewhat rare for Nicosia on a Wednesday night, so I’m not sure if it’s representative or not. 

Overall, an excellent, no-frills stay. I was pleased to see that a full and legal invoice was issued at the end of the stay. Wifi connectivity is relatively good and stable. 

I will definitely stay again.

Good, no-frills stay; excellent value for money in central Nicosia

We just needed it for few hours.
It was next to the city, it was clean and it was enough. 
Excellent location.
We didn't see any staff, except one Philippine girl that show us the room when we arrive late at night and in the morning when we left.
I will prefer if i have to go at the center of Nicosia again

Best choice for business trip

We stayed in junior sweet 102 for one night to attend an event in town. We were impressed by the availability of free parking, the modern, stylish decor, a lovely balcony overlooking a chi-chi shopping street full of designer shops, and a reasonable price (though more expensive than advertised because of a failure to update the website). On the down side: a tiny shower room hardly big enough to swing a mouse; a strong smell of drains invading the bedroom which, according to the proprietor, is a difficult problem to fix; constant street noise from motorbikes and drunken youths throughout the night; twin beds that were pushed together to form a double, but which slid apart because they were placed directly onto laminate flooring; and weak, intermittent Wi-fi. Overall, a good option if you get a room with a double bed  nearer to the router, bring earplugs and have a poor sense of smell.

Ups and downs

We had a wedding in the capital, so as a young couple we needed an accommodation for a single night. Excellent central location, close to different amenities, even though there is no obvious sign with the residences' name on the building to be able to find it easily. It felt like going to your own apartment. 

It was really good that we had been given the keys for your room, for the private parking and for the building's main entrance which must be locked after 8:30pm. 

The room we had was recently renovated, spacious and bright, very clean with water and coffee/ tea equipment, comfortable bed, small balcony. What was extremely uncomfortable was the shower cabin which was extremely tiny for any body size.

Unfortunately, there is no reception, this is what we understood since the clean lady was the responsible one for our greeting/ payment/ keys/ room appliances etc.However, she was very polite and willing. We only met the owners just for few seconds when we returned our keys for the departure. 

That's why we are also not sure about the wifi  while as soon as we needed it, it was already late at night so we felt that we could not disturb the owners, since no reception exists.The same happened with the extra pillows we needed at night. There were no extra pillows in room, just the two already placed on bed, but it was too late again to ask for them. 

However, I believe is a great choice for a business visit in the town, it is cosy and cheap enough to spend one or few more nights there. We recommend it!

Great choice for business visit!

Manolia is located in the heart of Nicosia, in the famous shopping street Stasikratous and only a few minutes walk away from the old part of the city.

There are 3 fully furnished rooms and 2 suites, all decorated modern, with their private balcony and bathroom. There's also a dining and kitchen area that could be used by all guests. You can prepare your breakfast there since they have all necessarry kitchen appliances. 

We stayed in the Deluxe Double Room with Balcony. We also had the chance to look around the other rooms since they were open for the new check-ins on the day. The Family Suite is large! Its like a small apartment, with a bedroom and an in suite bathroom and a living area and kitchen. 

Our room was comfortable and clean, which is the main reason someone should choose to stay here! All furniture in all rooms are brand new.

Friendly stuff and very helpful. Totally Recommended.
