Modest but clean place. No reception - we got the room number with message beforehands and the key was waiting at the door. 3 minutes walk to St. Lazaros Church. Shops and beach right behind it. No traffic on the street where the hotel was. One minus  - no changing of the sheets nor towels without extra charge. 
But all in all - I would recommend it highly and wouldn't mind using it again.

Modest place but location is perfect

+ Great location - close to the beach, but on a quiet street, very clean room with nice balcony, comfortable beds. Fully equipped kitchen, but we didn't use it as there was a nice bakery and many restaurants nearby. Very helpful host - Mario met us at the house and provided a lot of helpful info, upon check out he booked a taxi to the airport for us.

 - The bathroom was a bit small with not enough pressure from the shower, towels and one of the pillows were a bit worn out, would be nice to have a hanger for the wet swimming suits on the balcony

Nice place, would recommend it

This apart hotel is perfect for wandering around Lanaka. It is quirky and imaginative in its design and decor. The apartments are a good size. Very clean and furnished with up to date plumbing A.C and kitchen facilities. The modern interior of the apartments compliments the bohemian flavor of the inner courtyard and makes for a really great stay in this old city. We stayed here for our first night in Cyprus en-route to a week in Coral Bay for a family holiday. We liked it so much we went back for our final night before we flew back home . We are so glad Gregory (who is very helpful by the way) found us the 2nd vacancy. I am thinking of having my next birthday there - even though it is a long journey from Normandie!

Fabulous bijou apart hotel in the heart of old town.

We contacted the owners via email one day ahead and via mobile also in the evening of our arrival as our flight was delayed. Gregory waited for us at the gate and instructed us about the studio and balcony facilities, but also around Lanarka. Him and Maria are very friendly hosts. Maria even left us a surprise pie at the door in one of the days. The studio is big and has all the necessary utilities. We had towels, shower gel, shampoo and enough toilet paper for 4 nights of stay. There is a table with chairs in the studio, kitchenette with boiler, microwave, plates and everything ... There is a washing machine also. The water is heated through a boiler that you can turn on half hour before showering and then put off after. We did not consider that inconvenient. One wall is a window wall covered by curtains. For those used to darker dormitories, the studio is very bright starting early in the morning. The balcony has 3-4 sun beds that all guest can use. Some studios have a hammock and others coffee table with chairs outdoor. They are in the right area, close to the beautiful Lazaros church, pubs and restaurants, sea, shops and Finikoudes bus stop from which you can take a bus to anywhere from city, airport, Nicosia, Limassol, Paphos or Aya Napa. Enjoy!

Great place to stay in Lanarka

What I loved.
1. Clean and adequate furniture and new kitchen 2. Very well located, everything is within easy walking distance. Threadbare eiderdown with no washable cover. Close to the beach and very close to the St Lazarus Church. 3. I would stay here again 4. Sun streams into the unit in the morning in the winter - very pleasant!

Some feedback.
1. Two pillows per person would make the bed much more comfortable and cost very little. 2. Threadbare eiderdown with no removable washable cover, probably does not get washed after each stay, ugh 3. Water pressure for hot water too slow for it to be a pleasant experience - one needs to chase around the shower looking for water to rinse off the soap 4. Please replace the shower curtains with a glass cubicle. Small showers result in the curtain attaching to your body as you shower. You could have saved by spending less on kitchen cupboards (2/3 of the cupboards would have been ample) and spent the money on the shower cubicle instead

Clean and well located

Unfortunately had to be diverted to an apt at the outskirts of town and missed the feeling of downtown city but the apt offered was an upgrade ultra modern and with a balcony overlooking the Mackenzie area with a seaside view.  The owners are very professional and helpful.
