Hidden gem , this hotel is great value for money and has the most amazing gardens and lovely pool area . The staff are friendly and Susie the hotel owner can't do enough for you highly recommend . My kids loved every minute of our stay 

Stayed at Mountainview for 3 weeks. We stayed in one of the flats very comgortable with a karge balcony. 
 Lovely place very clean and welcoming. Staff very helpful.  Not far from main road. Would definately stay again. 

Had a lovely stay in Kyrenia, Northern Cyprus. I chose this  property due to the location as I didn't want to be right in the city centre. This was the perfect hidden gem away from the hustle and bustle and just a ten minute drive in to town. Views are amazing and will definitely be back.

Had a lovely late summer holiday in Northern Cyprus. Hotel had a nice relaxing atmosphere. Room service was available and staff we're very friendly. It was a short two minute walk away to the Kaya Palazzo that had different restaurants for a change of scenery and a glamorous casino. Would definitely recommend the Mountain View as it's in a great location. 

We stayed at mountain view hotel 
Atmosphere was calm and the surrounding gardens are so beautifully kept .The hotel is clean and staff very friendly and welcoming .
The breakfast is very big and filling with alot of variety.
We celebrated my sisters birthday with a DJ
at the hotel.
The pool is large and .clean .
There is a bar which is open till late.
There is the main  hotel and also it has lots of bungalows.
Mountain view hotell is dog friendly.
Would highly recommend this hotel

What a little gem of a place this is ....absolutely loved the place...amazing staff willing to go out of their way to please us. Management...without a single fault. We will definitely be visiting again!!!

I have  stayed in  kyrenia a few times this hotel  was one of the best places great  staff very friendly.  The position of the  mountain  view is  second to none lovely  views and in  a quiet  position, just a  short bus ride from the city centre with  all the  attractions.  We stayed  half board lovely  food and wine  selection. 

Visited the hotel with my family and was not let down this hotel is a secret gem with unbelievable views and great location for all amenities, my kids loved it (Age5 and 10) we are currently booking again to go back this year . The staff are so friendly and can't do enough for you the owner sue is lovely and can't do enough for you . Highly recommend

As soon as I walked in there was a very traditional, homely feel to the Hotel. Especially with all the Christmas decorations and open log fire.There was a DJ playing Christmas music.
Good atmosphere in the Bar and for Pre-Lunch there was sausage Rolls,Mince Pies and Christmas Cake,also a glass of Prosecco.Then into the Dining Room for Traditional Christmas Lunch.
Choice of Starter,then main course,Choice of Dessert. Followed by a Christmas quiz.
In to the night there was a fabulous singer called Memzee. It was a wonderful way
to spend Christmas Day and such a reasonable price at 35 pounds each which included free local drinks until 6.I stayed overnight and the rooms are a nice size.I 
had a room with a Pool view. So for a very Merry Christmas or a Happy Holiday I
recommend Mountain View Hotel.

We have just returned from the best Christmas ever. Sue and her friendly staff worked so hard to make our stay enjoyable it was just like a family Christmas . We felt welcome from the minute we walked in. Christmas apart the hotel is clean comfortable well appointed, with extensive gardens and a large pool.Food is plentiful and very good. We would certainly recommend Mountain View and will be returning

Christmas 2019

As a person who loves to travel i must say this hotel is just perfect for your if you’re looking for a nice friendly place to stay in.
Good healthy breakfast, amazing coffee, good room service and nice pool.
I enjoyed my time there and liked the staff. It’s a family business a British lady married to a Turkish guy managing the hotel together and their two sons managing a Resturant/bar and a club upstairs not so far away from the hotel. I definitely recommend it for everyone.

Great hotel

We spent a week here in October. Suzanne, the owner, and her team could not have done more for us. Very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast and evening meals very nice. Well stocked bar. Our room was very clean and comfortable, overlooking the pool that was nice for a refreshing swim. Great value for money. If we were to return to Cyprus, we wouldn't think about staying anywhere else.

Friendly and welcoming

One of the reviews below makes me laugh. 3 star and the only negative stated is that some people were staying in the hotel after medical treatment. Are the staff meant to refuse customers because they have a cast on their nose?! Absolutely ridiculous. Also the review saying they went through 3 rooms til one was up to their standards.... The room is £30 with breakfast. Maybe you need to book a 5 star darling *rolls eyes*. Anyway enough negatives! The rooms are big and clean, come with a kettle and cups (uncommon in Europe) which they have specifically done for Brits, mostly British plug sockets, a fridge, tv, and a nice balcony, and a nice clean bathroom. Decent comfy bed, aircon and heating with a remote. The meals are extraordinarily cheap and as such commenting 'limited choice' for a 3 course meal that is 5 pounds is again kind of laughable. There is an a la carte menu and lots of nice local restaurants very near if they don't like the set menu. The grounds and the hotel itself are lovely and the locals are all so friendly. One restaurant owner literally dropped me off back at the hotel when it rained! (Carpenters). What made me come back here was how absolutely lovely the staff are. Literally every member or staff spoke to me and chatted to me and nothing was too much trouble. They remembered me from my last visit and honestly I just can't stress what a lovely bunch of people they are. This is reflected in most reviews. The  manager walked me along a short cut to a nearby restaurant and lent me a torch! Said if I get lost coming home to call and he will pick me up. The night manager called me 3 taxi companies and got me a drink when the driver I booked with was in an accident so unable to collect me, very friendly and calming! The guy who serves breakfast is chatty and speaks great om my lengthy review haha. Thankyou for another great stay!
