Akamas Health Farm & Spa

The complex is outside Drousia village on a beautiful hill with magnificent views of the hills. Pros: Clean pool for adults and kids opposite the main entrance of the resception. Tasty and good variety of breakfast. Clean restaurant. Good prices for drinks. Good service from the ladies there. Good parking. Room was spacious and decoration was very nice. There is an extra pool for the kids which was very nice as the kids were not under the sun the whole time. Cons Not easy to find it as there are no signs on the road. The village roads are under construction and we got lost in the way to find it. The hotel apts services shut after 7 p.m and there is nothing there available - food or drinks. You will have to have a car - to go to restaurants or to the sea. The apt was spacious with a jacuzzi on top (which was full of dirty water). We had a small child with us but they didn't mentioned that there were internal stairs leading to a roof "garden" and we had to hold her all the time not to go up. The place needs a bit of DIY though as the rooms below ours were like they were neglected. Our room also had different kinds of paint color on the walls. As far as cleaness: I found two small bugs - but you can find those everywhere. In regards to wall corners, they should be cleaned better and thorough. The garden table was not safe for a small child as it was not in good shape. Also the ceiling paint in the toilet room was falling on the toilet!!!! Above all we had a nice time and we enjoyed the good service and smiles from the personnel.
