The vibe at Dreams is very fun and lively. Food is tailored towards European tastes but not horrible. Snorkeling is great and beach, although small, is pretty nice. If you are in the preferred club, there is a bigger, private beach to the north of the property, accessed only by preferred club key. Il Mare resort is very quiet and peaceful, the bungalows are right on the beach and the view is fabulous. The beach is beautiful and big. Very secluded. Only one restaurant and bar but they are both really good and the bartenders are fun. You can go from Il Mare to Dreams or Zoetry for more restaurant options, but if you are staying at Dreams main property, you don’t have that option. I loved Il Mare for the secluded beach, bar, and pool, but enjoyed Dreams main for the vibe and fun atmosphere. Watching a bunch of strangers having a ball playing volleyball in a raging downpour for 2 hours was the highlight of my stay.
