We had a problem with the reservation and I want to thank the hotel quality manager (whose number is no recall) for the work done to find a solution and the treatment received by her and by the entire hotel team.

Resolutions are needed.

We've been tours from Pegasus and stayed at the hotel. We didn't know anything about it. The good news is that it's a big area, a beautiful sunset view. There are separate bungalow blocks. For the locals, it's a good option. The bad news is that we've been put in an old room, a terrible spot. It's glittering, sparkling, dirty and stained, smells bad. The beds are old, the mattresses are tired, there's no fridge.

A tired hotel for tourists to visit

We have just returned from this lovely place, with a wonderful view from dawn to sunset, you can see all of Trinidad, the very clean and welcoming rooms, thanks to our maid Janet, all the very attentive staff especially the Chinese in the lobby bar and the kids in the pool, exquisite food, beautiful shows, and after finishing an amazing nightclub in a natural cave.

A paradise on earth

I just got back from this wonderful hotel, I went with my family and we had a great time, very rich food, clean rooms, and excellent service, there is an excellent Discoteca in a very lively natural cave, the best I have visited, I will definitely return.

Excellent place, recommended

The more you are away from the reception the more you are close to the pool restaurant very medium many people not very varied wifi only near the reception and pool no wifi in the rooms a nice view of the city of trinidad and pretty close to it overall bedroom well the rest is right

Second Cuban stage

Hotel resting and especially very nice view of trinidad After all it is true that the small. bungalow.** need refreshment both outside and inside not much privacy we really hear the neighbors.... as if we were at their house..!. but we slept well and ate rather well. on the other hand staff not very welcoming or smiling. Too bad!..

A hotel that should be renovated

A very nice view, but uncertainly clean, old room, water cut, swimming pool frequented by children eating in the water... a shame because the geography is perfect.

It's not much better.

Nice hotel in a very large property. Good food and entertainment. Some rooms are a little way out and need transportation to get to them. Bar rates are very reasonable. Breakfast and dinner buffet are excellent

Nice large hotel, open areas

The pool security chief treats us badly even though we are hotel guests and have paid for each of their terrible services, unfortunately because we are Cubans we are mistreated and assaulted.

Celebrating a birthday

Hotel with very nice cabins and well equipped for your category. Normal bar and restaurant service, but much better in the pool. either for a night out or a weekend to explore the entire Trinity area and the Valley of the Genie.
