The food is a real disrespect, it's just something on a dish without presentation and all mixed up and badly cooked. On the rooftop is a nightclub with the worst strident music that doesn't let anyone rest until after two in the morning. Not recommended for anyone, unless they want to waste their money miserably.

For my job I have to travel through many hotels in Cuba and am adapted to find all kinds of quality but what I spend in this hotel is not understandable. A hotel with a good location, acceptable rooms, a very good overall presence and having to deal with such poor service. Imagine that I was three nights and in the first broke the key to the lavamanos (frozen and obviously old) and they didn't fix it until the last day. The funny thing is that when the report insinuated a charge for it. Even so, it was all that time releasing water. Not to mention the hot water, which was advertised in the room but the response of the staff of the caretaker was better when he said that the decision to put hot water on me was not in the hotel manager's pocket.

If you have the possibility to go to another hotel, do not hesitate to do so.

A simple hotel in the center of Camaguey. The rooms are simple but good for one night. The rooms are very high and the windows are also placed high so that you can only look outside through the bathroom window. The breakfast is simple but good enough.

Room for improvement:
-Bring earplugs as the hotel (like most buildings in this city) has no windows 
-The shower is low, not made for tall European people (>1.75m)

Take a tour through Camaguey city with the colorful painted bici or bike taxi's!

Decent

This hotel is the worst I've ever visited in Cuba. I stayed only one night and switched to the Hotel Isla de Cuba the next day. Although it is located inside the city it is not so central. The rooms are very uncomfortable, there is no hot water, the hygiene is terrible, the air conditioning presents problems, the food is served cold and not very good and the service is also not very good.

I stayed 3 days at this hotel and it wasn't bad for the price it pays, close to the city center and the reception girls are very friendly especially mabel.The negative is that there is no internet service if there is a wifi signal.

Hotel económico hotel

It is a very good hotel, the treatment received by all the staff was very good and the decatyuno with a great variety. is in a very good area within Camaguey the city of tinajones, you can change the currency there itself.

A good deal of treatment.

The hotel is very noisy, the beds are hard and we didn't have hot water to bathe in... and a hotel only needs two things: a good bed and a good shower and this one failed on both issues.

After all... it's far away.

We stayed two nights at the hotel and on the third we decided to move because the noise was unbearable and the attention left much to be desired.

The noise is very annoying.

We had one night, by the way, and the truth was that we didn't like it, the breakfast wasn't at all rich and less abundant, the hotel itself was noisy, we heard noises inside and outside, nothing useful to complain about, no different boil, bad experience.
