Early or late check-in or check-out is only allowed by prior arrangement and confirmation from the property directly. Subject to availability. Late check-outs without the properties agreement will result in a GBP 100 fee. Check in is by key code access. Key codes are sent to guest a few hours before arrival. No smoking is allowed anywhere in the building. Smoking will result in a GBP 100 charge.
