You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the property is accessed via an unpaved road that may be unsuitable for some vehicles. Both bedroom suites can accommodate a cot for a baby, but the open-plan stairs are not suitable for toddlers and young children. Please note this is a working farm and there may be disturbances during the day/evening at certain times of the year. Managed by a private host
