Guests can use the Meeting at the Apartment service: a representative will meet guests under the sign with the house number, help with luggage, show the apartment and answer questions. The service is paid: from 09:00 AM to 09:00 PM — RUB 500.00; from 09:00 PM to 09:00 AM — RUB 1000.00. It is necessary to order the service at least 24 hours before arrival.

Guests arriving before 09:00 and after 22:00 are kindly requested to contact the property in advance to arrange check-in.

Check-in (key collection) takes place at the company office from 9:00 to 21:00 at the address Karavannaya St., 7. Entrance from the street: a glass door, above it an orange visor STN Apartments. The very addresses of residence are located at different addresses of the city. The office is open from 09.00 to 21.00. You can also get the keys at the Akme St. Petersburg Elegy Hotel at 18/5 Rubinstein St. (24 hours a day).

Please note that when booking an apartment, guests choose an apartment category that belongs to one of the apartment groups (one-room, two- or three-room apartment), but not a specific address. Specific apartments will only be confirmed immediately prior to arrival and information is subject to change.

Upon arrival, a deposit for the safety of property is collected, it is returned upon departure after checking the apartment.

Visa support for foreign citizens is free of charge. In case of no-show, the full price of 1 night will be charged.

The validity of the credit card used for booking must cover the entire stay. Guests must present this credit card upon check-in.

When booking a room with another person, please contact the property to arrange payment for a third party. Contact details are on the booking confirmation.

Guests can leave their belongings for free at the company office in the morning until the time of arrival at the apartment (14:00) or until the evening on the day of departure.
