Law on silence in Moscow. At this time, it is prohibited to make noise, listen to loud music and TV in the premises from 09:00 PM to 08:00 AM, from 01:00 PM to 03:00 PM.
Only adult guests may reside in the premises, persons under 18 years of age may reside only with parents or guardians.
It is prohibited to move furniture or significantly change the location of decorative items.
All items in the premises at the time of check-in are an integral part of it. Taking out things and furniture, towels, bed linen, household chemicals, etc. is prohibited.
In case of emergency: flood, fire, complaints from neighbors, violation of the law on silence, the administrator reserves the right to open the door with his own set of keys at any time.
When leaving the premises, guests are asked to check all electrical appliances, the stove, water, windows, and whether the front door is closed.
After check-out, the maids check the premises and clean. All food, drinks, boxes, bags, flowers are subject to disposal. The property is not responsible for things left in the premises after the guests have checked out.
