Od 1. dubna 2021 vstupuje v platnost VISITAX pro zahraniční turisty. Platbu ve výši 224 mexických pesos (nebo 10 USD na osobu) lze provést prostřednictvím webového portálu http://visitax.gob.mx/. Zahraniční turisté mohou zaplatit v Quintana Roo před svým pobytem nebo během něj. Doklad o zaplacení musí být předložen na letišti před odletem.

Please inform Alme Hostel in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of USD 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. A deposit via bank transfer or PayPal is required to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide any bank transfer instructions. Please note that If you want to check in sooner or later than the stipulated time, you can make a request. The property can not guarantee the room later the 8:00 PM without the guest informing the time of arrival. When booking more than 10 people, beds or rooms, different conditions and supplements may apply. Property will contact you to give you the information. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total amount and must be paid separately during the stay. Please note that a silence time exist at the property and customers must respect the time from 21:00 hrs to 09:00 hrs. If you want to check in before or after the stipulated time, you can request it. The hotel can not guarantee the availability of the room after 24:00 hours if the guest does not inform of their arrival time.
