• Construction is underway at a neighboring building and there may be noise disturbance from the construction work.

Fees

The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Late check-out fee: USD 12.50 (subject to availability)
• Cribs (infant beds) are available for an additional fee
• Rollaway bed fee: USD 12.50 per day

Mandatory Fees and Taxes

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• Deposit: USD 500.00
• A 2.5 percent city/local tax will be charged
