Hostel Heart of the City

Stayed for two nights in Zagreb in the private room that sleeps 3 people. The room was equipped with a massage chair (very useful after all the city walking!) and its own private balcony. The location is superb, really is what it says on the tin! Close to all the main attractions and tram station. However, because of this, you can hear music coming from the bars nearby, especially with the windows open but we were so tired anyway after walking around Zagreb that it didn't really bother us. Toilets are shared but are extremely clean. There is a small kitchen as well where you can make coffee and prepare food. The host was so friendly and helpful. We arrived extremely let (1am…) and she had stayed up for our arrival! The price is also fantastic, cannot recommend this hostel enough if you're staying in Zagreb.
