Apartments Piero

Excellent location, at a stone’s throw from the bus station and a large Konzum supermarket, about 10 minutes’ walk from the beach (Kolovare) and about 20 minutes to the entrance (i.e. Kopnena Vrata) of Zadar historical centre. We stayed in one of the two 1-bedroom apartments on the 2nd floor, very spacious, with large kitchen/lounge, bedroom with 1 double bed and bathroom. Whilst having a shower I could even look out of the window at people playing tennis in the courts located behind the building ;) There was no cot available for our daughter, however the sofa in the lounge is actually a sofa bed and more than adequately fit for purpose. There’s a very nice terrace/balcony overlooking the road, this is accessible across the corridor once you come out of the apartment. Unlike at other apartments, the owners live in the same building on the ground floor, so one of them is almost always around in case you need something and they are very easy going and pleasant to deal with. The apartment was overall clean, however we used some of the cups/mugs from the cupboard and they had to be washed thoroughly as they were quite smelly, almost as if they had been left there untouched for years.
