Just had our first half of our Croatian holiday in these fabulous apartments.
Every thing looked brand new and fitted to a very high quality.
The owner Matco is a very friendly guy and speaks very good English.
Without a doubt we will come here again. 10 out of 10.


This is a nice, calm and quiet place to rest. It is a perfect small town. Good place for those who do not like crowd. There is few restaurants in Stobrec. There is not much to choice but at the same time it is enough. Bruno apartment is close to the beach and a shop. I would recommend peperonico restaurant. It is not by the sea side, but is also peacefull with a tasty food. Matko our householder is a wonderfoull person. He is very helpfull, kind and hospitable. He has shown us where is worth to go and one more private beach. Rooms were really comfortable, and clean. We had possibility to try true burek which was made by his pleasant wife. We had problems with a car, and they helped us to find a mechanic. To sum up I would recommend it to all who prefer more calm places than big cities like Split.

We have just spent a brilliant week at these apartments and would definitely recommend. Loved the location and sea view from the balcony. The rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. Matko and his family are the perfect hosts and very friendly. We hope to return and wouldn't stay anywhere else.

We stayed in the one bedroom apartment which was spacious, clean and basically had everything we could have hoped for. Air con works really well, wi-fi is fast, kitchen was equipped with all the cutlery you need for cooking a dinner (I loved the HUGE red coffee mugs, perfect for enjoying the sea view on the balcony while drinking my morning coffee!). 

Towels are provided (and were changed once during our 5 day stay), bathroom was big and beds really good to sleep in - my husband sometimes has back pains if bed is too soft, in Bruno's he slept like a baby :) Supermarket is a 2-min walk away, add another minute for the bus station to take the bus to Split.

Stobrec is a wonderful base to stay and make day trips to Split, nearby islands etc (Split itself can feel a bit industrial and crowded sometimes).  The bus to Split is 13 kn (1,7 EUR) and taxi between 100 - 120 kn (13 - 16 EUR) one way. Stobrec has a very helpful tourist info, too, but we had no need for it as Matko drove us around Stobrec on arrival to explain everything (and also took us the the Split bus station when we had to leave). 

We will absolutely stay again if we decide to come back to the area.

We stayed two nights and where very pleasantly surprised, rooms are impeccably clean and well equipped. The location is perfect to be near yet away from the bustle of Split center. Rooms have balconies with great sea view. I thou=thoroughly recommend this option is going to Split.
