Not sure why these apartments have so few reviews.  Our lodging with a bedroom, bathroom and kitchen/dining room was perfect.  The apartments are conveniently located close to the bus station and just inside the walled city.  The manager was very helpful and gave us good directions and suggestions.  We love having accommodations which allow us to store, prepare, and enjoy food and drink without going out to restaurants for all our meals.  We are economy oriented and if we are going to stay in a location for 2-3 days we enjoy the conveniences like these apartments provided.  This was a nice place for us.

We loved our stay at Ivica apartments. It was clean, spacious and comfortable and in the most amazing location in the beautiful old town. Very reasonable rates too. The Croatian owners are very friendly and helpful.

Very comfortable accommodation. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. 
The Villa Ivica is ideally located in the town of Trogir. 
The Owner is very helpful and pleasant. 
We had planned only a one night stay in Trogir, but decided to stay for our four remaining nights in Croatia.
Trogir is an interesting historical town and is only a few minutes from Split Airport.
It is also a bustling market town with plenty of interesting walks and places to see
well worth a stay and would definitely stay again.

I would have no hesitation about returning here to stay with up to 4 people. There are 4 apartments at this address and we had the downstairs one with access to a small garden area which was great. The apartment is clean and had all we needed for the week. Internet speed good. Air con effective. Owners could not do enough for us. Situation is quiet. I would not come here if you wanted to make a lot of noise as this would upset neighbours. Trogir is a beautiful town and a great base to explore Split, Omis, Sibenik, Krka etc with a car. Park on the mainland side of the road bridge as it is half the price. There are about 90 restaurants on old town and we did not really have any problems with any of the ones we tried. Croatia is beautiful, at least this part is and we would love to come back. 

We are staying here for the second time, in apartment 2. The accommodation is great and even in the heat of August is cool with an efficient air con system. We love being right in the centre of the network of alleyways which make up trogir and having the choice of loads of lovely places to eat in the evenings. We went on the speed boat trip to the blue lagoon  and to a couple of other lovely places with Ivica the owner of the apartments and had a great day out which we would highly recommend. Both Ivica and Zana his wife are lovely people who will do anything they can to make your holiday better. Really hope we can come again!

We where here for the third time, it is a very nice appartment with a terrace in the middle of the old town of trogir. It has been done up very nicely and has a new kitchen (including dishwasher) and beds. It is very clean. The downstairs appartment has a washing machine, a bath and shower, airconditioning, wlan included and sat tv, two bedrooms.  The appartment and terras  is an oasis in the old town. 
The market, the fishmarket and the Kosum supermarket is a couple of minutes walk (under five when you are a good walker, maybe a bit more if you don't walk so fast.
Go to the fishmarket early, like 06:00 when you are there between may and september, the locals and restaurants will get there early and the best bits are gone. 
You can put the fish (or meat) on the bbq that is on the terras. 
When I visited with my sister in Oktober we had fish for a week, it was soo good. Now visiting in may we also grilled lamb and piglet.
