It is simple and nice, right in the middle of city but nice and not so noisy. There are tools for cooking and drinking. It's super cozy if the group is 3 or less. The decorations and interior is a little bit vintage because it's a really old building, it's a nice if you enjoy the old town vibe

Accomodation is simple and clean - this is the place for someone that is travelling in a budget. The manager was very friendly and gave me a lot of tips. Also, this room is greatly located - in the Dioclecian palace and a few steps of everything.

Cozy place for couples 

Really nice place to stay.

the location is amazing right inside of diocletian's palace. there was three of us so shared a double bed and a single which was comfortable. things that didn't make our stay as comfortable as possible is that the hot water runs out quickly. by the time the second person was halfway through a shower it was cold. the wifi doesn't work well either. sometimes only one of us could have it working. there wasn't any clear prearrangement to getting into the place either. we tried emailing before arriving but never got a response so we had to get someone in the restaurant next door to call her.

fantastic location but could be better

Location was great, decent price for central split within the palace walls. Easy to get to. We had a few issues with the apartment however - the bathroom light broke, we found ants in the apartment crawling on the food and in the beds. I didn't realise payment was cash only, which was my fault to be fair as i double checked over email booking it did state it, however i feel the host could have made sure on arrival that i was aware to have it ready. I was asked to have this ready at last minute notice on our last night in Split and work around her working hours which i thought was ridiculous. I ended up leaving it in the apartment and she collected herself, no confirmation or receipt ?? it was a shame as the apartment was ok and location was perfect

great location but ....

Good position into Diocletian's palace walls. A small apartment but with all the necessary furniture, even if the clima wasn t very efficient. These are the positive aspects.
BUT this is what happened to us: There isn t any signboard at that adress so we needed to call them to know if that was the right place. We never saw the owner but she make us talk to a 'friend'. This man asked us to pay immediately and with contant (kunas or euros) but he didn t give us any receipt  of payment. The second day we found ants everywhere especially in the bread. We called the owner who during the day partially solved the problem and left us two small bottles of typical wine. The apartment is not very expensive but some aspects are not so clear and honest.
