We loved our stay in the very cute & charming accommodation! The host was so kind and helpful!! We absolutely loved the courtyard and homey feel to this quaint little apartment. Had everything we needed including a washing machine!! Perfect location just outside the old town and near a supermarket!! We were out on day trips every day and loved to come ‘home’!! 
Comfy bed and also air conditioned!!

We stayed one week. 2 adults and 3 years old child and baby. Theres everything u need. All kitchen stuff and enough space. Near is ribola supermarket, bakery and green market. Old town is 5 min walk. Harbour 10min, if u want to go to hvar or brac. Owner was very nice. And his mother too. We liked a lot. +++++


I stayed here for 3 nights, in the studio apartment on the ground floor, comprising of one main room with a comfortable bed, table and seating and a small kitchen area, with a separate bathroom. There was everything you could need, even a washing machine, and all the pots, plates and utensils if you wanted to stay in and prepare a meal instead of trying out the great restaurants in Split. The TV was quite old, but it had cable channels. A lovely bonus was the patio garden which had a table and chairs - it was nice to sit outside for breakfast. 

The owner was friendly (she lives upstairs, so you can contact her for information easily) and speaks good English. From what other reviewers have said, she could meet you and take you to the apartment. I failed to take a good map with me, so I found it tricky to find the apartment when I walked from the bus station, but actually it was only 5 or 10 minutes away ! The location is therefore good if you are arriving by public transport (bus, train or by boat) and it is only a few minutes away from the main sights too. There are supermakets nearby and a large market, so it's easy to get supplies for breakfast etc. Although the apartments are close to the tourist area, they are away from the main road, so it is a quiet location. Good value too !

If you visit Split, i would highly recommend this apartment. Very close to this apartment is old Diocletian palace and you can explore Split and other old dalmatian cities in the neighborhood (like Trogir and Island of Brac).

The owner is very nice and we felt like at home here during our visit to Split..

A great apartment and at a great price too. The 3 floor apartment was great for the 4 of us, an en-suite bedroom on the top floor and another bedroom on the second floor. It was very clean and in a very central location, close to the harbour, the bus station and the old city.

I would highly recommend this apartment.

I stayed here in July with my partner. We were travelling around Croatia and Montenegro and this was our favorite accommodation out of the 5 places we stayed in.  The apartment was clean, nicely decorated and was spacious with a separate bedroom, kitchen, bathroom. There was a balcony with table and chairs at the back of the apartment.  The owner met us near the bus station to take us to the apartment. She was very friendly and good to deal with. She had tourist information and maps for us which was really useful.  The location is good with a small supermarket round the corner. Its very close to the flea market where we found a great little vegan cafe.  Its also close to the old town and the harbour.  I would definitely recommend this place. Wifi also provided.

We stayed for 2 nights at the beginning of our Croatia trip and this apartment set the bar high for our remaining holiday. A great location, very clean and tidy, perfect size, with a large balcony. Couldn't ask for any more really. The host also came and met us near the ferry port and walked us to the apartment.
