It was very nice. Also close to everything!!!

Nice quiet clean modern apartment with shops and bakery close by. Perfect overnight stay while between kayak trips! Good value and we just took a short Uber ride Split city center as we wanted a quiet place. 

I was amazed by this place. The room was a bit on a small side, but the balcony was bigger than the room. It was just huge!!! Had a dining table there, sofa and a coffee table and lots of space. The room was at very high standard. 
The host was very nice and friendly. We arrived very late for a check in - around 9pm,  but still was welcomed.
Great cozy restaurant just next door on the left (as u walk out the door ) that serves fantastic food at amazingly cheap prices.

My friend and I have been traveling Europe on an interrail trip, and this is the best place we have been sleeping for a long time! The host is so kind, even though we came two hours earlier than the check in time, she allowed our bags to be placed in safety, so we could go to the Beach. The room was Nice, nothing to complain about. This is defiantly a recommendation! 

Had a lovely stay here. The apartment was well-located and there was parking nearby, which we appreciated.

We arrived to a beautiful new room, all beautifully decorated. The staff were great, very helpful.
We had a nice terrace balcony to sit and enjoy a glass of wine.
Our room no 4 was up a couple if flights of stairs.
There's a supermarket nearby, a couple of restaurants and more down at the beach not far away.
The only negative is the kitchen had barely a thing in it, certainly not enough to cook a meal if you wanted. Just one frying pan. No cutting boards, knives, kitchen utensils etc.
Maybe they hadn't finished getting it ready.

I stayed 2 night in this house 6th till 8th on may 2017 But I got email from Lana who is guest house owner " WE DO NOT WANT TO FIND HUMANS IN A HOUSE- Only the registered hotel guests can stay in the rooms of lana""" 
I invited my friend at night for a drink . No one stayed over night at my room . And I couldn't find any thing about this at house policy . I paid this room I didn't break any house policy . 
Even I wasn't comfortable to stay as well.  Room isn't insulated well so tv sound , taking noisy  from next room at night. .. another important thing 
She came in to my room when I was out .when I came back window was open . I was shocked . She can't get in to room without asking me That's privacy. I didn't ask to clean my room.. and poor English ... 
anyway. I wasn't very happy.  That's all true .

Although at the time, I wanted to sleep in the same bed as my girlfriend, I think it was a rewarding experience for both of us to contemplate our relationship while sleeping on two slim, and narrow beds on opposite sides of the room. The complimentary parking is available only to Croatians, not tourists apparently. I think it would be better to stay in Diocletian's palace, not in this place! Most places in Croatia don't really deserve the ratings that they get - you can book a 4 star that looks like a 1 star and vice versa. The best is to find an apartment with a kitchen for over 3 days. We did this on the island of Krk and had a great room fully equipped.
