Just in the middle of the island, between Bol and Supetar, is a real gem- Konoba Tomić. They are trying to keep authentic ambiance, customs and food, and they really do a great job. Nearly all the food they prepare is home-grown or home-made. Food is delicious, service is marvelous, as are their domestic products like wine and honey, which one can buy. Will come again, for sure
