I review this review at home, after reading the price list and the price was charged. I did not have experience such a breakdown. Older house, to the sea 116 stairs, older furniture, equipment still functional. The apartment has a very small terrace, 3 bedrooms with shower and toilet (which smell through the canal) and a kitchen equipped with a cook line and a couch. Parking for 3 to 4 cars. Prices on the portal offer and  prices in the pricelist and the charged reality are different. According to the offer, the price of the half board is 20 euro person, charged 25, for 4 persons (2 children 10 and 14) it is + 20 euro per day out of the price list, accommodation detto, charged per person 20 euro day even if a child under 12 years according to the price shall be gratis and 15 years for half the price. Together with a 4-member family, you will be reimbursing 50 euros against the price list a day!!! Kitchen hslfboard food is repetitive, breakfast without fantasy and vegetables. Owners are basically unhappy with the tourists, sour faces and indolence feel constantly. The problem arose when visiting children from the second couple in the apartment, the owner did not want such visits and in the evening gave us notice for this as well as late arrival at dinner (we were waiting for about 30 minutes), and the climate released by the window opened it to the maximum, we need leave house!!!. Services like boat buoys are included in the price, the boat is anchored there, the beach is stony, concrete, small, the problem is if you are a larger group and you are not all staying with the owner house. Receip and bill do not give the owner the basic if you get one fore request then he give it without a stamp. If it was in price list 20€ x2 + 10€, that is 50€ total, it was charged more than 30 € per night, it was 210 more for stay.Plus 20€ more a day for the half-biard (if we count children as adult ), which made 140 €, more. The result BIGBOSS cut me down by 350 euros and had offended sour face. In terms of cleanliness, you care for everything yourself, the toilet and the cubicle are prone to vomiting, as it over looks the canal. Serving food at the evenings by the lady owner, sometimes throws food on the table as for animal. The owner of the house does not like people and U see it on his face. So if you do not want  waste money, first to rely on the price lists for sure, you'd better negotiate a payment in advance in advance of your accommodation.
