Upon arriving I was pleasantly surprised by the fact that this was not in fact a hostel but a private apartment, with Air Conditioning, English language TV channels, a superb kitchen and a very central location. The owner was very nice and accommodating. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. Unfortunately we only had one night in the apartment. I would recommend this to any group traveling to Split.
