We had 2 rooms booked with sea views. Wow, absolutely beautiful, and the reception staff were amazing. We had connecting flights via Vienna, and our luggage was not on our flight. The staff were wonderful with trying to locate our luggage and allowing us to keep 1 room late as our luggage was 3 days before it arrived, and even after we checked out, they let us stay in their cooled area and kept bringing us ice water, while we waited. Very compassionate and caring. The hotel itself was right in the heart of Split, all the shops and eateries were outside the door, and shopping centre a €6 Ubur ride. Would definitely stay again. And we got a free bottle of local wine as a thank you gift for staying. Which we enjoyed after being stressed with no luggage 🙃
