We had a tough time trying to find the actual correct spot as the door is not marked, but once we called, proprietor came and the room/experience was amazing! Quiet, close to food, shops and right in the heart of the Old Town. A/C, great wifi. 
Parking was down the street and you must walk through a bit of old town to find hotel.

Our stay was particularly pleasant and beautiful. We enjoyed in every step of this Mediterranean lookalike palace, mild colours surrounding stone wall, and especially the wonderful sleep on the mattress of the comfortable and spacious double bed. We came home happy, satisfied, and with a big smile. I can only sum it up with excellence (10) and all the best in your further work and activities.

Fantastic and great value place in the heart of the city, Tanja was an amazing host. This is our third time to stay here while in Sibenik and we will come back again. Close to everything you can think of, nice cafes near by and if you wish to go for a swimm beach is just around the corner. On our arrival Tanja helped us with all informations we nedeed to know, even she reccommended some great local inexpensive restaurants with fresh local food . Apartment was something we realy enjoyed and most important thing our apartment was cleaned daily. See you guys again.

First of all, my girlfriend and I absolutely loved Sibenik, perhaps the most untouched town on the Adriatic coast, a hidden gem away from the tourist hotspots such as Trogir or Split. Would also highly recommend a trip out to Krka waterfalls - truly amazing, buses from the town bus station daily. 

Anyway - onto the apartment. We LOVED it! Very big, spacious, modern. Perhaps a little basic but everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Good value too. We were greated by the owner at the restaurant in the square below - she was very friendly and attentive, supplying us with a handy map to Sibenik, recommending the best places to visit and a truly brilliant restaurant, just what we needed for a flying visit! 

I am an elderly experienced world traveler, picky but not overly so, who does much research on accommodations before I travel, and am therefore usually pleased with where I end up. Clean, quiet, comfortable, convenient, friendly are my criteria, but I am a big fan of “olde worlde charme”.
This is rooms in an historic building/mansion, not a B&B or a hotel, and overall I HIGHLY recommend it.
The Location was perfect, in the epicenter of historic Sibenik, and in a safe neighborhood.
The hostess had lived in Australia, so was perfectly English speaking, and very friendly and very helpful with all my endless needs and questions. As I am often a solo traveler, I like to chat with the accommodations personnel at these places to have some local contact and sociability - i saw her at a neighborhood cafe and we sat and chatted, she is a delight.
Cleanliness was perfect in my room, bathroom, and public areas.  The maid service was fine.
The Bathroom size was mOK
There is no Breakfast, you go to a cafe, not included. 
The Restaurant in the hotel was terrific.
There was no Lobby and no front desk.
There was no elevator to my room.
The Room was large and cheerful.   The bed was comfortable, there was a TV which I never watched.  The room was quiet - NO barking dogs, no loud late strollers in the street, no trash collectors in the early am.
The View from my room was interesting, some historic stuff.
The all important WIFI worked OK.
The Value for the money was acceptable

We stayed here to be close to the Krka waterfalls. We booked two rooms which unfortunately were in 2 different buildings but we're only 20 metres apart so no big deal. The waterfront is only a 2 min walk, you are in the central part of Sibernik which is lovely and the waterfalls are a 10 min drive away. The rooms are clean, comfortable and the lady who gave us the keys was very friendly and informative. Great little find.

Sibenik is a beautiful seaside town.  We were there in May 2019 (sorry for the delay posting!)  
You cannot park in Sibenik without paying and the local lot by the harbor is expensive.  You can park just outside town by the sports/pool facility for free.  At least in May you can.  We were told but we did not confirm, that this free parking turns into pay parking on the first of June.  It is about a fifteen minute walk from the free parking to the Medulic Palace because the Medulic Palace is on the far side of Sibenik from the parking.
The young lady who met us in town to take us to our room was OK.  Somewhat helpful but not overly friendly.
The room was nice.  It was large and had a large bathroom with a large tub and shower.  You cannot really use the tub for a bath because there is insufficient hot water to get more than a few inches into the tub.  I conserved my hot water during my morning shower to ensure there would be enough hot water left for my wife.
Although we thought the room was good the entrance way and hallway bothered my wife a bit because she found it creepy.  This was due to the poor lighting.  I have to admit, the entrance an hallway were pretty dark but it did not bother me.
The Medulic Palace is in a great location.  It is in the heart of old town and everything there is to see in town.  We enjoyed our stay in Sibenik and and I hope my review does not come across as negative.  We would consider staying here again but the Medulic Palace is what it is, average.

Just average, but enjoyable

Location and service are the only strong points of that place.
Just in the middle of old town.
Room standard rather middle or even below. Small room, bathroom middle range standard.
Breakfast just one croissant.

We had to stay in Sibenik for the night to catch a boat the next day to Obonjan. 

This room was cheap so didn't expect much although did expect it to look like the pictures.  It didn't, at all.  Old, run down, musty smelling basic (at best) accommodation with see through sheet like nets for curtains, noisy and if I'd have been alone I probably wouldn't have stayed there but then you get what you pay for.

Great location but wouldn't recommend

The room was horrible, the photos are different to the reality. Very poor maintenance. The only good thing is the location. The breakfast is so poor in a bar next to the sea. I would recommend you to go to a different hotel.
