Villa is situated near to the sea, inside is very clean, the room was cleaned daily.  Towels and beddings very clean.  The room has a terrace with chairs and coffee table.  The room is not very big but for two adults is more than sufficient, with tv and minibar.  People are very nice and welcoming.

The room had everything we needed: cupboard, TV (even with some Italian, German networks etc.), air conditioner, refrigerator and a balcony. Nothing exceptional but the price at which we found it was so low that it was more than good for us. The room may be a small wire, but it gave us no problem. Rather we found the walls a light wire and a couple of times we heard the neighbors (when they raised their voice), but what's worse the mosquitoes! The owners can't do anything, they also gave us an anti-mosquito to put on the wall (the ones with the plate) but it doesn't have much effect, the only solution we found was to close the windows and turn on the small air conditioner in the evening. To soften this little myth is the problem of the myth that she brought us back into the room: she made it too far away from the beach, and the house has a good location (comes a hundred meters from the market), and the fridge is a few feet away from the center of the house (comes a hundred meters away), and a good place to

Good for quality/price

Beautiful area very close to the sea. Well-finished, clean rooms with air conditioning, small refrigerator and terrace with seated armchairs with sea view. The size of the room and bathroom is really small, but still very comfortable. Careful and available owners! I'll be back!

She's a little girl, but very pretty.

Nice, very close to the beach, accessible by a path, the area is great, quiet, just a step from the beach and a little over two kilometers from downtown, clean, small, with weather, Wi-Fi and TV, the owner is very kind and friendly.

As I read in an earlier review, there was a lack of toilet paper. In a good position 200/300 meters from a beach. Not always the room was reworked and the daily cleaning was not obvious. The reworked bed was good and really very, very uncomfortable, boxed in the structure and with the mattress springs well perceived in the night rest. In the room there was a private bathroom and the climate, in the latter we had to provide to empty the bucket of water that collected the condensation x to avoid the same overflow in the floor. Good wifi connection, my dad's streaming compensated for the operation of the TV. Okay at the peak season but 80€ without breakfast and even with the shortcomings listed above, it's not worth it.

Rarely, it could be better.

We rented the largest apartement in the house. It has 3 separate bedrooms with 3 separeted baths an excellent equipped kitchen, a dining room and the apt has a great sea-view. A huge balcony with own barbecue is also belongs to the apt. It was clean, tidy and big enough for 6 people . Family Mitic is very nice and helpful. The house is 2 km from the city center but only 300 meters from the shady beach. It could be a good choice for families with children.

Perfect for big families

Unfortunately, some details related to the service left a bit of disappointment: 1. the towels provided were a little too much glass paper, a softener would not be unpleasant 2. it would have been nice to find a soap in the bathroom and a roll of spare toilet paper in addition to the one in use 3. I thought that the accommodation of the room during the day was practical but it was not so: when I returned to the room in the evening I found the bed unused as I had left it (for 60 euros a night I thought it was the minimum!!).
