a nice place to go on vacation.  The host was hospitable and we could always ask him anything.  Me and my friends had a great time in a nice apartment with a nice pool.  supermarket is less than 5 minutes walk from the apartment and the town is 20 minutes walk.  i am also very grateful to the host for the good care when i broke my back and for picking me up from the hospital.  I couldn't wish for a better host and vacation spot ❤️ Thanks Robert for everything!  And I feel a little better already.

We had a great time in Villa Carla in Pula. Our Appartment was very charming and we had everything what we needed. 
The Poolside is very relaxing and unique. 
The whole House-Area is in Mediterranean style and really beautiful. 
Our Host Robi was very cool and help us a lot with good ideas and recommdations.

We stayed here mid June for three nights.
The place is spotless and has everything you need, a lovely swimming pool, a large BBQ area and our apartment caters for up to 8 and had a stove, microwave and a massive fridge freezer, huge balcony.
The best bit was the so welcoming and hospitable proprietor Robert who also doubles as a Taxi driver.
Pula was also full of great bars and restaurants all very reasonably priced.
We made it to the beach which was great and there are also a lot of historical places you can visit.

Myself and my boyfriend visited Pula in late September this year, we were drawn to Villa Carla because of the beautiful photos :)  We stayed in the small apartment for 2 (+2 with sofa bed) , it is fine for 2 people and well equipped.  The apartment is in a great location in a quiet residential area so it is very peaceful.  It is a short, comfortable walk to the town center and to the coast.
Robert, the owner, is an excellent host, very helpful and is very knowledgeable - definitely ask him where to go and for any cost saving tips!
We very much enjoyed our time in Pula and at Villa Carla.  Hope to re-visit in the future.

We stayed at Villa Carla for a week in June and we had an excellent time. Robert couldn't have done any more to make us feel welcome and went out of his way to make sure we got the most from Pula with recommendations for anything we wanted to do. The villa is near to restaurants/bars/shops and beaches/harbour so is a lovely spot. Robert was always happy to chat about anything and everything and really made our stay. The apartment was very well equipt with everything we needed and the pool area is lovely and private. Such a relaxing place to stay and we will definitely be back!!!!

Made to feel so welcome!!

Having returned from a fabulous holiday in Pula I feel compelled to let one know about Villa Carla A6+2, where 6 friends spent 1 week.
The flat we stayed in is in serious need of updating.
We paid over €2000 for 1 week......for the following.....
Broken dishwasher 
Chipped & cracked glasses & plates.
TV that kept freezing & 1 English speaking channel when it worked.
Beds in the attic, 2 double & 2 single,with sloping ceilings & continually hitting your head.
Water from shower varying from really cold to scalding on the one setting.
Coarse bed linen.
Huge crack in one of the windows.
Also every time we ran out of toilet roll we had to ask the host Robert for some more. 2 rolls given each time. Somewhat embarrassing.
Many more minor issues I could mention.
On the plus side there is a lovely small swimming pool & the local supermarket is just around the corner.
I feel we were ripped off completely. The flat is certainly not worth €2000 for 1 week.
