Beach Apartments Lavica

We booked a holiday with Expedia at the Beach Apartments Lavica. The accommodation was very clean , beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need . Showers were good . Although our sofa was a bit battered . The staff were great and spoke excellent English . A word of warning, do not book a car with Expedia to meet you from the airport, ours didn’t turn up on either the outward or inward journey and the taxis were cheaper anyway . There is a bus that will take you to Split where you can get buses to the apartments ( number 60) which stops directly opposite the entrance to the apartments. There’s an excellent pizza restaurant where the bus stops and a Tommy supermarket. On the beach , there are several good restaurants about 5/10 minutes walk along the beach . We enjoyed several meals at hotel split . Another tip is to pay on the bus, as there are two bus companies and they don’t accept return tickets for the other bus company. Split is an amazing place . We also did a day trip to Dubrovnik, the highlight of our holiday , booked through Viator.
