Its not modernised in the last 10-15 years or so, but if you are ok with clean room and bed, standard bathroom with shower, then its very good value. Excellent ocean views from most rooms but also dining terrass. Its facing north west and sunset is lovely. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Top floor share a large balcony facing north and east. Best views i guess would be second floor one of the rooms with NW facing balcony. Estate is quite elevated as every other house in the area. Not suitable for wheel chair or older people with disabilities. Private concrete jetty for swimming and sunbathing. Public beach just 150m down the road and the only minimarket on this side of the island just 100 up the road.
