The location is close to the centre and a good base for those who want to tour Istria. It is also a good place to park. The air conditioner is not working. The meter has been skipped several times. The structure is a little old.

To be improved

Street level apartment furnished in a very basic and unreasonable way (type placed in the kitchen furniture in a floor level container), dirty mosquito walls crushed by previous tenants (don't worry, there are no mosquitoes...), blind and smelly bathroom, toilet that doesn't discharge well. Despite what is written on booking, the apartment is devoid of wifi and air conditioning, so as not to suffocate by heat and smoke smell we had to sleep with the open door facing the street, sheets rusted to the limits of annoyance.

Professionalism and low courtesy as in Yugoslavia 40 years ago

The building is in the center and a few steps from the sea and is its strong point, but the price paid (68€/night) is high to find yourself in a basement (although nice and fortunately with air conditioning!)), the kitchen is fine x get your coffee but x more avoid since it is all in super-short format. It can go well for a couple of days. I didn't have many options booking the day before (and since it was also the week of August).

mansarda (biolocal) considered to be an apartment

I stayed at this property from Saturday 12 August to Tuesday 16. Very central location and affordable price, in line with the local average. The property consists of several small private apartments and is located right on the main street, we stayed on the last floor in a mansard apartment. The cleaning left a little to be desired but patience for a few days we tried to adapt. There are no car seats available, or rather there were two but already occupied by other customers, the owner suggests leaving the car in the street behind the house sin that it is in a central location and is absolutely not located unless for a fee a few more roads there.

Four days in Novigrad

The situation is 1A, but that's all you can say about it. Ants in the bathroom and in the dressing room!!!, mattresses are laid out, the garden is wild and garden lawn is unattended, the gas grill is disgusting, the kitchen is slender (no coffee machine, no bakery, no kettle), the apartment is simple, slender, partly cruel - there are no toiletries, no other ways to hang anything, the TV closet is loose in the room, the shower is unattractive, no utensils for washing the dishes (the toilet was given to us on request!), 1 cup of coffee is slender for 10 days (the answer is: No hotel is empty - no toilet is available), so I had to park for one day, and of course, I had to go to another day, and of course, the rest of the day, and of course, I didn't want to go to the next one, and I didn't want to go to the next one, and of course, I didn't want to go to the next one, and I didn't want to have

It's great, but the rest is bad.

1 star for the position, for everything else: ZERO!!! TV not working; dirty apartment with dust, spiders and spiders; It says there was a parking lot and instead the owner doesn't have you parked inside but on the street; Half roll of toilet paper; Two old mini towels, so old linen all consumed;....and finally, at 6:30 in the morning the owner's son starts playing the harmonica!!! Do a little yourself.

The house is very nice with a garden and parking space in the back. Our apartment is mansard, not ideal because on one side of the bed the ceiling is very low and you have to lower your head so as not to bump. The good thing is that it's very clean, excellent satellite LCD TV, quiet A.C. and convenient kitchen. Good WIFI. I would have preferred white sheets and not colored ones I find beautiful in my own house but not in hotels where you check the cleanliness, even if the impression was that it was. My advice, however, for the quality of sleep is nice even the outdoor balcony and at a very convenient price of 70 euros for two nights. If I had to go back, I would have spent in some more and more mansard apartments. Unfortunately, because I could not change apartments for two nights anyway.
