The pool area was very nice and very clean. The people who owned the property were very nice and made very good food - I particularly recommend the lasagne! The people who owned the property were very nice and made very good food - I particularly recommend the lasagne! The rooms are in good condition and all facilities work well. The location is the main selling point for us as a couple who were attending a festival at zrce beach, the walk to the beach is only about 10/15 minutes and it was very easy to get taxis to the main town of novalja. There was not much to not like about the property. The pool area can get busy the property owners implement a quite time after 11pm - while I understand this, it was also clear that everyone that was staying at the property during our stay was attending the festival so there was a time where the owners had to come and chase us out the property and sometimes got in an argument with some guests over this. Other than that I don’t have another bad word to say about the property.
