We stayed as a family in the middle of August. We had a nice one-bedroom apartment on the first floor with everything we needed. A/C was working fine and we had access to the pool in the nearby hotel, which was nice since the beach was superbusy.Overall a good place, and we had a good time, though it was lacking some charm. The outside impression is not great and the amenities rather simple. A lot of the shelves, handles, etc are placed very high up.They clearly inflate the prices for the August season, I felt it was rather expensive for what we had. In fact I see the September prices are 4x cheaper than August, but that is somewhat to be expected.

OK place to stay

Cons first: I forgot that the check in was at a different location to start and we never saw the teeny tiny writing on the gate that said "reception at Hotel Belvedere" not something like "Check in is at Hotel Belvedere" in large writing but we found this helpful gentleman at the property that told us to go across the street to check in so we did. They have you go to this super nice property to check in while the outside of Ai Pini looks super drabby. The we had 2 beds and the one in the bedroom was like a rock and the sofa bed was incredibly lopsided. The shower handle kept falling off in the shower and the water temps fluctuate whenever someone else turns on a faucet. Pro's: there's a handy kitchenette that is stocked with dishes and pots and pans so you can cook in your room, they provide a broom and dustpan along with a drying rack for clothes so you can set your swimwear outside on the large balcony for drying and they have AC in the bedroom and main living area. Another pro was that it was less than a 5 min walk to the beach🙂

Great loc, rock hard beds

It’s a villa in a private compound .There‘s a little confusion to find the reception. There is no reception on site. Guest need a key to open the gate.There should be an instruction to guest that they need to check in at  Park Hotel.

Good place for a family with children

Great price, good working A/C and internet.  You won’t have an ocean view if that’s what you’re looking for but it’s an easy 2-5 minute walk to it.  The water is shallow and warm in a lot of areas if you have little kids.

Fun family times

Overall it was a nice appartment. There was a large balcony, good fridge and kitchen to use. 
The appartments were approx 300 meter walk from de hotel where you had to check in. It was a bit far to walk that with our baggage. Furthermore the centre and the beach were a walking distance so we went there a lot.

Nice holiday in a good and spacious appartment

This is my 2nd time here. Both times for “Tear It Up” rockabilly festival. The apartment had room for 4. Double bed, pull out couch and a small chair folds to a single. The kitchen is a good size, water runs well, WiFi is strong. I’m happy both times I was here.its far enough from all the noise of tourists but close enough to walk to them.

They advertise internet but it is only in an outdoor playground. And they did not have excursion help as advertised either

We stayed there for 4 nights with whole family. When we check in reception staff was nice but we were a little bit dissaponted because we send an email before to reserve an apartma and when we came it was not avaliable. First we got only one card to open the doors and that was difficult with us because it was 4 people in one apartment and sometimes we couldn't get in because the others had the key card. We went back to reception and get one more key. And at the evening it gets really cold because we came in spring we had to found out from another room that if you want to get air condition working you need a card from reception. It would be nicer if they would told us that at the reception when we check in.
 Apartment is very nice and it has everything in so basicly you don't need a lot of things with you.
Housekeeping ladies were very nice! They help us with everything we need.
Have to say that after everything we had a nice holidays.

Good holidays

We stayed here for 3 nights. The appartment had everything what was important but in generally nothing special. 
It had to sign in at the Holiday Hotel reception desk, where I had an impression that the guy forgot who is the guest.
The beach is near to the appartment - 5 minutes by walk. We visited the sandy beach also but it was more crowded and water wasn't clear.
Anyway we got for our money what we paid not more but not less.
