Dear LONE Team, All I can say is THANK YOU – THANK YOU for the excellent service, THANK YOU for the wonderful stay. I don’t even know where to begin! The breakfast – it was exceptional and always of high quality. Even during peak times, the staff was always very friendly and went out of their way to serve everyone, always with a smile and in great spirits. The reception and concierge staff were extremely kind and consistently went above and beyond to make everything possible and to help. THANK YOU to the team. The rooms were spotless every day – vacuumed, cleaned, and tidied. Especially lovely were the small details, like the handwritten card upon arrival. The hotel’s wellness area is also wonderful, with an outstanding selection of saunas and relaxation spaces. Anyone looking to escape the noise of the pool and beach will find an oasis of peace in the LONE Spa. The details – such as the entire design concept crafted by Croatian talent in architecture and furniture making, the thoughtful touches throughout, or the Istrian specialties from local suppliers like cheese, olive oil, and the welcome schnapps – are truly unique and so rarely found. For families and couples alike – always worth the trip. 100% recommendation. We’ve been coming here since 2015, and the team is constantly working to maintain the high standard and even improve it.
