59 reviewsWe stayed at Villa Squero for four nights in early June. It was our favorite of all accommodations during our three week trip to Croatia. Located on the water, just outside the Old City (an easy 5 minute walk), it was also very close to several beaches which we took full advantage of. The parking was extremely close-by (a couple blocks), and one of the staff went with us to park our car. The hotel is over a restaurant, where we had a huge (included) delicious breakfast every morning. Our room was large, modern, and comfortable and we had a balcony overlooking a garden. The staff were extremely pleasant, available, and helpful (eg giving us detailed and correct directions to a local laundry-mat). The price was also fantastic. I have only superlatives to say about Villa Squero. One last thing - Standing across the road from Villa Squero gives you the very best "picture post-card" view of Rovinj, including gorgeous sunset shots.
