This was my third visit to hotel Miramare in relativley short period during March and April, because of the nature of my profession. They are my first choise when I am in Zadar. Stuff is professional and friendly, rooms are comfortable and clean, food in their restaurant is traditionaly good.Thank you and see you next time. Regards

Great stuff, nice breakfast options, close to to beach, city center. Parking provided at the property.

Modern hotel within five minute walk to the sea and  twenty minute walk of the old town.

A modern relatively small hotel with a lovely light and airy restaurant. Excellent breakfast. Close to a shingle beach and an easy walk to the old town. Nice looking pool, although we didn't use it.

Staff were very friendly, food was tasty, rooms were clean and neat. A great experience

Loved our stay at the Miramare Hotel. We loved the location -a  few minutes walk to the beach and 15 mins walk to the old town and you can walk into the old town along the coast so it was a nice walk.   The room was great and the  breakfast options were excellent.    All the staff were friendly and helpful and while we were there the owner was checking we were all having a nice time.

Wonderful Stay at Miramare Hotel. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast buffet was great. Hotel very clean and well kept. A must stay when in Zadar. Will be returning for future visits.

Hotel is about 20 minute walk from old town of Zadar.  I booked it because one can't park in the old town.  We have "deluxe suite" - it is a suite, but not esp. deluxe - rather spartan decor.  Had to get room temp adjusted from desk.  Dinner in dining room was pretty good.  Staff seems good.  Parking limited - I squeezed in.  More parking behind hotel (employee parking). Dining room attractive.  Room supposed to be sea view - one side of the room is in the direction of the sea, but the sea can't be seen. (Maybe a small sliver.) Breakfast pretty good. Card key removal means that all power goes off in room, including HVAC. Internet connection drops after a period of inactivity. Opening window shuts off HVAC.  Overall, satisfactory.

Had a terrific stay here. Only marked down from 5 to 4 stars overall as one side of hotel and restaurant overlooks a main road. Staff reallly friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent.  We broke our own rule of not eating in at the hotel one evening, and dinner (steak and tagilata) was fantastic.  Easy access to beach and some great restaurants (2 mins walk)  and Fosa dock (15 mins walk) where we got a boat trip from.

Long weekend Zadar

I cannot say enough good things about this boutique hotel . Miramare is only one year old and has the feel of a 5 star hotel . You are only a 15-20 minute walk along Kolovare beach to get to all the sites in old town . The staff and service were so friendly and accommodating especially Zoran who looks after the front desk and the proud owner Veljko who is happy to chat . Restaurant in the hotel has a wonderful breakfast and dinner menu you don't have to leave the hotel for anything .I would like to thank everyone at the Miramare Hotel for a wonderful stay . My only regret was that our stay was only 3 nights . We will stay at this hotel again when we return to Zadar . I highly recommend this hotel .

Highly Recommend

The hotel looked awesome, very clean. Two outdoor areas for breakfast and a good size swimming pool.  Room was amazing with great balcony, good and quiet air condition. Bathroom was spacious and had a walk-in shower. Room has proper blackout curtains and room was sound proofed. It’s close to a (rocky) beach. Zadar old town is 15 min walk away. The staff was very helpful and kind. Continental breakfast as well as cooked breakfast available with a good a variety of food. Free and plenty of parking spaces.Overall great experience but that's what you expect for that price

Very nicely conceived hotel - nice quality of finishes and above average design.  However - at 9 PM my room was 25 degrees and on the bed was a blanket that I would use to sleep outdoors in 10 degree weather.  90% humidity outside maybe 15 degrees.  I went to the front desk and was told that the previous day they had switched the system from cooling to heating ??  WHAT ??? Are you using a1950 one pipe system with a water chiller that takes 3 days to swing temps ?  Either the developers accepted a seriously inappropriate system, or they dont know how to properly run their HVAC.  Kudos to the night manager who gave me another room at 11PM so I could at least get some sleep.

Nice new hotel, close to beach and within walking distance to old centre (about 15 minutes)Excellent breakfast included with room rate, plenty of choice of continental plus hot options cooked to order so always fresh.Some issues with bathroom design, easy to flood the room if you aren’t very careful in the shower.

Good stay in Zadar

THIS PLACE WAS BEAUTIFUL! The staff was so friendly! The front desk was helpful when we needed towels, change for smaller bills or information about the area. The breakfast was included and delicious! The owner personally came around and chatted with guests. He was so friendly! Out of our two week stay in Croatia this hotel was our favorite!! The shower had great pressure, the bed was huge and comfy and the room was spacious for my sister and I. It was also in a very convenient location with beach 5 min walk away and the main city a longer walk or very short taxi ride away. PLEASE STAY AT THIS HOTEL! You wont be disappointed!

AMAZING!

Fabulous 2 night stay after a week sailing in the local area. Fantastic location 200m from the beach and a 15 min stroll down the coastal path into the old town, with a lovely little pool and patio area to relax. Amazing breakfast and both the staff and owner couldn't be nicer and more helpful. It's only been open since May so is brand new, fantastic design details and comfortable beds, and breakfast was perfect. Don't hesitate to stay here!
