We stayed in the studio and it was absolutely beautiful - the best ending to our month in Europe. The view is breathtaking, I could have just stayed on the balcony all day and night. Don't miss out on this gorgeous apartment!

This is the perfect place to stay, just a short walk from Old Town and all the things you want to see. Our room had a balcony with a fantastic view at the ocean. Very nice apartment (studio) with everything you need. Goldi is the perfect host, very kind and helpful!We recommend this apartment and we will stay here again if we return!

This apartment was a sucess in all ways!The view was amazing, it was modern decorated and a friendly hostess. It was a little bit of a Walk down to Dubrovnik but you could catch plenty of pokemons on the way :)

An apartment with partially separated sleeping area and eating/kitchen area with its own bathroom, laundry room and large balcony that overlooks the island of Lokrum and the Old Town port. The apartment is very nicely decorated, has good storage facilities, well equipped kitchen and benefits from an efficient air conditioning system. The balcony gets the sun for most of the day but there is a blind that can be extended to give shade. The owner, Goldi, is very friendly and she responds very quickly to any email queries one might have. The only downside is that, in common with most of the properties in the area, there are a significant number of steps to climb from the lower road that leads to the beach and the Old Town (where the restaurants are). However, there is a local supermarket quite close (up only a comparatively small number of steps!).

We stayed in the full apartment with kitchen and balcony. It was a very well equipped and modern room and was almost entirely worth it just for the view alone. The location was also ideal being just a short walk to old town. Lots of steps to climb (about 150) so beware if mobility is an issue but otherwise I don't think the location could be any better. Very friendly proprietor as well. This room also had A/C which when we were visiting (July) was an absolute must have. I highly recommend this room.

All was perfect in this apartment from the friendly yet professional welcome of, to the neat apartment furnished with a lot of taste and to the magnificent view on the sea and the old city.The location is perfect. It’s a 5min walk from the beach and the old city.Is just perfect and knows everything and everybody in Dubrovnik. She’s very helpful and sweet.If we go back to Dubrovnik, we'll go back to Dubrovnik Residence !!

We really enjoyed our stay. Lovely little apt uo the hill fron the oldtown with fantastic views of the oldtown and coast. The owner Goldie was very friendly and helpful

The Host Goldi was lovely full of information and advice about the area. We were disappointed in accomodation, It was advertised as an room with a balcony but it was not, it was just a room, there was no balcony and there was nowhere to sit other than on the bed, we were there for 5 nights no clean towels or sheets.The appartments were a short walk to the Old Town,(lots of steps but that is everywhere in Dubrovnik). Other than that we had a fabulous time in Dubrovnik

Great Location, Great View, Great Room

Best authentic experience in Dubrovnik !

This large studio has so much equipment & utility room, lots of little extras you never get. It was like staying in a friends apartment with lots of cleaning materials etc which as we were only there 4days saves shopping for all these which we wouldn't use a lot of. The view is great & balcony gets sun. There are a few stairs if you aren't that fit & even more from the beach. Close to old town & we found taxis cheap if didn't want to walk at night. Steps were only drawback but if you are reasonably fit they ok, didn't spoil our holiday in any way - may have stopped us putting on weight, haha Dubrovnik is wonderful, we saw off cruise last year & had to return for 4 days, we plan to return, fantastic

Basic room with shower close to the old town so served its purpose as we were only staying for one night.Lovely views from the sea facing window.

The trip was amazing! Along with the fact the apartment was brilliant, the destination, Dubrovnik, is beautiful! But, the location of the apartment really helped as it was local to virtually everything, 10 minute walk at most.
