We took two apartments and were not disappointed. The apartments are very well made and cozy. Full kitchen with everything you need (including perishables: salt, oil, etc) and laundry machine. Rooms are a nice size with comfortable beds. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom which is fantastic. Nice balconies with partial views of the bay provide evening time sitting areas. Our hosts were very welcoming and took the time to walk us through the apartment explaining everything and gave us some good recommendations on Dubrovnik. The old city is a 15 minute walk as is the closest beach. I'd stay here again if I ever return to Dubrovnik with family.
