Superb position next to the old town. Off road parking (essential for Split). Lovely apartment.

The apartment was small, but very very functional and well think... So good place to stay, very very close to old city and all needed...So perfect!Thank you!

Nice spot in the center. Not crazy about Split at nite tho, but during the day its nice.

Ideally located for the centre of Split. We arrived quite early, and Josip, the owner, took our cases to store securely, so we could go off to explore while the apartment was being cleaned. When we returned he was there to greet us and give us some information and leaflets about the area and restaurants etc.The apartment was compact, but spotless and recently refurbished.The shower was very powerful. There was bottled water in the fridge.We stayed 3 nights and the towels were changed on the 2nd day. The bed was very comfortable indeed.Negatives? Very little room by the sink, we broke a glass due to lack of space!The outside area could be made more of,  as it could be somewhere to sit instead of being inside. There was a tub of very dead plants outside the door! These are just nit picking items. All in all a comfortable base in Split to which we would return.

Wow! This studio apartment was so clean and comfortable as well as ideally located in Split, giving us fast access to the old city, Viator tour meet-ups and excellent dining. Josip, the owner, was extremely kind and helpful. The apartment has a modern feel; great a/c; gorgeous walk-in shower with hot water and good pressure; comfy king bed; hairdryer; all dishes and pans we needed, mini fridge, cooktop, etc. I would definitely stay there again. Only downside was tv dish reception wasn't consistently perfect, but we were too tired from our adventures to watch much tv anyway.

Property is in excellent conditions with new equipment. Bed and pillows are comfortable. The location with the secured parking spot cannot be better. It is within 5 min walk of the old town. Owners were very keen to maje our stay the best. They even helped us to get a medicine! Overall very satisfied.

Within 10 minute walk from main station and harborAbout 1.5 minute walk to one of the entrances in Old Town where a lot of tour groups would meetFelt super safeI was a bit late in coming on a bus from Spilt, the host waited (she doesn't live onsite), greeted with me with usual Croatian kindness, explained everything.  It's a smallish studio, bed is a pull out, but very comfortable.  Has fridge, kitchen, everything you need for a comfortable stay.  Only regret is that I was not able to stay longer.  Definitely recommend, all the 5 star ratings don't lie.

Comfy stay in Split

Excellent apartment close to Old City

Great location excellent service

Close to everything

This small studio apartment has everything we needed, super new, clean and quiet just a couple minutes walk to the old city walls.  Good restaurants around the block without dealing with all the tourists in city center. Easy walk from harbor and market.  Only reason I didn't give a 5 was bed a bit stiff and could have better pillows, I'm super picky on that. But even so I'd stay there again, owner very nice as well.

They owner was really friendly and helpful. She also delivered an adapter for my Canadian chargers. They helped us with parking (Parking in Split is very tough, narrow streets and bad drivers). The apartment is fully renovated and the location is great. It was so close to the old town yet very quiet neighbourhood. We had complimentary coffee which was great! every morning, we did not have to go out to get coffee. It felt like AirBnb. Wifi was good too.
