We were by a school. The woman who met us that evening was extremely helpful and nice. She was very informative and gave great suggestions.

Apartment is in a central location, 5 min walk from Diocletians and the waterfront area.  Host provided a map of the location and took the time to give some tips about the area.   Don't be intimidated by the graffiti on the building.   This area is beyond safe and a great way to explore the area as a local for a cheaper price.   Highly recommend.

was a 3 minute walk from the outside walls of the palace.bathroom is a bit small though.place is secured and comfortable.

Our host Vedrana was lovely and very helpful in reccommending beaches and things to do in the city. Overall we had the best time, wouldn't have been the same without the flexibility of the hosts.

We stayed in one of these apartments for 6 nights in August, and we loved it here. For a little extra we had transportation to and from the airport straight to the apartment, which was super helpful! The apartment was bigger than we imagined, and had everything we needed for our time there. Big plus for the washing machine, the outdoor area and very close to the old city. This is in the old part of Split, so be prepared for stairs and no elevator. The owner was very helpful with any questions we had.

Very nice apartment, nice people. The only thing is it is very loud in the old town at night -- not the Rodrigo's fault of course, just something to think about if you stay there.

I was very happy with my stay at Rodrigo apartments. Excellent location close to the Palace and port. Laura was very friendly and helpful. I had an issue with a day trip while I was there and they called the company and got it fixed for me. Room was comfortable and wifi worked great. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay. A very modern and spacious apartment with Western Style decor, amenities and lots of space. We had a family of 5 at the place and it was wonderful. The apartment was conveniently located in the center of the old city and featured air conditioning, high speed internet and wonderful kitchen. Definitely good value for the price. Service was excellent.

Despite arriving very late evening I was met by Mrs Vedrana who took time to show me round and also point out some things worth seeing on the map. Her advice to take the number 12 bus around the Marjan hill to Bene was a good tip and led to an enjoyable excursion. Apartment is quite basic, but as I spent most of my time in Split this was fine. Restaurant and tourist attractions were only a few minutes walk away.There  is a small and cheap supermarket round the corner to supply anything else you need.

Very comfortable room with quit a lot of space and great air conditioning, good WiFi and very helpful owners. However, was not in the centre of old town as advertised but about 5 minutes walking distance in a fairly shabby block of flats. A few amenities were missing (wine bottle opener, tea or coffee, washing powder etc) which you would expect for the price paid.

Very nice apartment outside of the old town.

Nice apartment just outside of old town, very helpful but busy staff. Its a big apartment that can sleep up to 6 persons (2 bedroom apartment), three AC but the controller to one was broken so you could only use 2. When there were any problem they came and tried to fix it as fast as possible. Fruits and drinks prepared when we arrived. Good place to stay in Split.

Fantastic apartment

We spent 3 nights in Bosanska 3 and were quite pleased with our experience. We were contacted via email days before our arrival to make arrangements for meeting the host and also airport transfer if we wanted (additional cost). Branka and Tea were our contacts upon arrival - both were extremely pleasant and helpful with offering guidance and answering questions.The apartment was conveniently located within the walls and was central to just about anywhere we wanted to go. We walked everywhere! There was one bedroom and one living room which holds 2 futons that easily convert to beds for sleeping. A kitchen and bath that also had a washer. We felt that everything was clean and comfortable, although we had some trouble operating the AC unit. But windows and doors did the trick for fresh air!Would 100% stay here again!

Nice, modern, spacious and great location

We stayed here 2 couples and were very happy. The location is prime in the old town area, and there are facilities for cooking and washing. The only negative is that the second bedroom is accessed through the first, which can be a bit inconvenient, and only one of the bedrooms has AC. Adriana was extremely friendly and helpful, even getting us tickets for the ferry to Hvar! We were very happy overall.

Great place to stay with friends

We had a wonderful stay at the Rodrigo Apartments. The apartment is right in the middle of the downtown area - which is a big plus (Split is gorgeous), but also well insulated from the street noise thanks to new windows. The apartment was on the third floor and furnished with several restored, old pieces which added caracter to the space. The service was just great - the office manager was very attentive and timely, picking up the phone even on Sunday morning. Have them arrange your transportation from and to the airport; it is cheaper and more convenient. The apartment was not only a great base to explore the old city of Split, but also the perfect base for a day trip to Bosnia since the main bus station is only 10-15 minutes away (walking distance). We would go back to the Rodrigo Apartments, and we would be happy to recommend it to friends.
