A very good and quiet location. Has all the amenities you can hope for like washing machine, coffee maker, iron, etc. The host was really good and it's not far away from the main spots. Great value for money.

Easy to find, located near everything one needs but still in a quiet area! Nice airconditioned aparment. Very kind and helpful owner. Nice and clean! I would recomend Stipan Apartments to anyone staying in Split!

A very clean and convenient room (always enjoy being able to have a filter coffee) with a spacious bathroom;
The accommodation is located in the heart of Veli Varoš, in a quiet street only a few minutes away from Diocletian Palace, the Riva, the Marina and the steps to Marjan Hill;
It was nice to meet the owners, they are very kind!

Hidden away down a little street near the old town, our clean and well-equipped room was perfect for our two nights in Split. We rang the doorbell and were immediately greeted by the friendly owner, who showed us promptly to our room, complete with fridge and coffee machine. A little table had also been laid out for us to use if required, with tea and coffee provided. The room and bathroom were very clean. We would definitely stay here again. 

Stipan Apartments is very well located within walking distance of the Ferry boat Terminal, the Bus Station, and Diocletian's Palace. Mirja went out of her way to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The kitchenette in our room and the nearby market added convenience to our stay.

This was a lovely place to stay very close to all amenities. A very comfy bed with a large room and ensuite with small fridge(a bit noisy) and coffee and tea making facilities. There is a nice Seating area outside to sit in a quiet peaceful part of the old town. I travel alone to it was also nice to have a TV with some English speaking channels. I went in May and unfortunately the weather wasn't good, so it was great to have a heater in the bathroom and hot and cold air conditioning in the bedroom. It was very clean thanks to Reika the lovely friendly cleaning lady who I often had a chat with. I also met the owners Mirja and her husband who live upstairs and they are very nice too.
I would like to say that it would be helpful to have a chopping board and some larger plates for eating at home. You do have to do any washing up in the bathroom basin but this is the only bad points I can think of.
