Spacious, well appointed apartment, only blocks from Riva. Everything you could want in a stay, including a very nice balcony. Lots of nice restaurants nearby. Entertaining and informative greeting by the host. She got out the map and began suggesting places 
to eat ,things to do and  things to see, with a few good stories thrown in for good measure.Would stay here again without hesitation.

Recently we visited Apartments Perla, Split for a split stay – 1 night then 3 nights. We couldn’t align a flight with the ferry so we had to have 1 bight in split to get the ferry to Hvar. 

1: Describe the service you experienced.
On check in service was a little difficult as there was nobody there to greet us and let us in. There was a phone number to call so if you are booking this type of accommodation ensure you have global roaming on your phone, or like us with no roaming and only WIFI when you could access it we had issues checking in. We were lucky enough that a waiter in the restaurant nearby lent a hand and call the owner for us and let us in. 

The second stay we were met at the door with no problems. 

2: Tell us how you liked the room 
The apartment was a good size and was nice inside; we were on the ground floor you were unable to open some of the windows and I’m guessing that’s because they opened onto the alley so it was a bit like a dungeon. The bedroom had 2 single beds pushed together but it was also like a disco with the alarm lights flashing every time you moved and then the power and light switches had lights built in also, we ended up putting some cardboard over the alarm sensor with Elastoplast it was so bright.  The bathroom as a good size and tidy the air con worked well on the hot days. There was also free WIFI that worked great. 

3: Talk about the location & amenities 
The location was excellent it was a short walk to the foreshore and Diocletian's Palace, there was also a supermarket and laundromat 2 mins away and many nice restaurants.

4: Say what you liked best & least 
The apartment location was fantastic and we love the area it was in. The restaurant at the end of the street is fantastic, sorry can’t remember the name. It was cosy, clean and comfortable. I’d have no hesitation recommending this apartment and would stay here again

Stayed here for 4 nights. Apartment in a great location, walking distance to all restaurants.
Apartment very clean, and Zrinka made us feel welcomed, and gave us information about restaurants and beaches.
