Our host, Paul, has to be one of the most helpful people I've ever had the pleasure of being hosted by. We thought we had missed the last boat back from Hvar and texted him to let him know. Promptly he returned my text message with a phone call reassuring me that there was another boat a little later, around 11pm or so.. and that he would come collect us from the harbour when the boat arrived. What incredible service, considering he worked the entire day before arranging outings for a number of other groups. The accommodation itself was immaculate, and quiet.. even though the apartment is located pretty much right in centre of Split. Easy walking distance to pretty much everything. We were also dropped off at the airport, which just made everything so easy to manage.. in fact we hardly managed anything. It was like having a local friend who knew all the secrets, and was always willing to help. I'm sure you'll receive the same treatment! Highly recommended!!
